Quite terrible
Quite terrible. Their systems failed, and they were trying to blame my current account for £8.50 bounce back!!! Did not notify me otherwise, and now a missed payment this will be registered on my credit file because of their poor systems. Closed the account with them - don't risk your credit rating with them.

Seem to have the constant threat of being hacked hanging over me. Fortunately their systems manage to block most attempts. Getting to speak or contact someone that can help is nigh on impossible
