So I didn’t get the vials which seem to be the most popular but they do have another liver cleanse product that is a 25 day detox. I did that one. At first I had a customer service issue and it did take two weeks for a response but when they did respond I was very happy at how they managed the issue. After my first month down because I will be doing the 6 month recommendation- I have to say there are some noticeable improvements. Above all my constant feeling of bloating is gone and I do feel a little more energy throughout the days. The other change that I can say with trust- I didn’t break out for my period like I usually would. The smell of the pills is awful but that’s the only bad thing I can say. I did not change my diet or my activity level month 1 because I just wanted to ease into this and see how it did with no changes. 5 days off and I will be on to month 2. Excited to see what it brings.

I’ve been doing the 21 day detox for 3 months now. I absolutely love it. It’s easy to use, tastes great, and is truly making a difference in my health. I plan to continue taking this every month forever. I also want to say that their customer service is outstanding. I had two broken vials in my last shipment and they promptly responded to my email and sent me replacements. I highly recommend their products as well as their company.

I've been using biocollabs detox for a while now love them. Surprisingly I have lost a few pounds without changing my eating habits at all. My bloating has also gone which was a huge problem for me. I love the taste, the whole vial goes in with a little water and I take it with all my other morning vitamins. I do like the odd glass of red wine so I feel that this is repairing my liver when I have too many on a Friday evening

After using this product for one week I began to feel more energy and lost 1 lba day for 5 days. I feel great!!!

they made an unauthorized charge on my credit card. Don't respond to emails. I only ordered once but then they sent another liver detox without my permission. It tore my stomach up! Don't order from them My credit card company is going to dispute it and refund the money plus stop any future charges

Got lots a spam marketing emails though my social medias. Decided to give it a try, but read the awful reviews, canceled within the hour and they still shipped the product. I chose to use the product for 30 days. Did not lose any weight at all. No changes, nothing. I reached out for my refund and did not hear back. It’s been over a week. I had to get my cc company involved to have them refund me. Do not purchase from them.

I strongly advise against providing your credit card information to this company. They are dishonest and continue to charge your account even after you've canceled your subscription. I have canceled my subscription and have proof of the cancellation, yet they persist in making unauthorized charges. Additionally, refund requests are often denied without valid reasons. they are liars

They don’t honor their 30 day guarantee. And they won’t respond to your email if you have problems!

I don’t know why my form showed up in spanish but the rep who helped me out on instagram was super nice!

I took the detox bottles for two weeks. Did not lose weight and developed a UTI. It happens. However, I tried this because of the 30 day risk free. I contacted the company 3 days ago requesting a refund and return instructions. No response. AT ALL. I’m not upset about the supplements. However, the lack of response indicates this is not a company to be trusted. Expensive lesson I hope others can avoid.

Terrible company. Terrible service. Refuse to refund a charge for something never ordered. Absolutely do not give them your credit card information!

Terrible packaging. My order came with broken viles, broken glass and soaked box from all of the liquid getting all over.

Good liquid, bad packaging. While I believe the liquid in your product has some health benefits, I do not support the glass ampoules. Twice now, shards of glass have ended up in my cup. I have discontinued using the product. I can confirm that I am smart enough to open these according to the directions. They are simply not safe OR you are using sub par materials that splinter too easy. Either way, I will not risk swallowing glass as I am sure you don’t want to risk a lawsuit if I did since I am not the first to complain about the glass. Customer service is not existent. I have not received any of my money back or even a response.

Appreciate everyone has an individual bio blueprint However, this product was a game changer in my life!! You get to a point of desperation you feel like you have nothing to lose so it’s worth a try!!

I am just starting my 2nd round of the 28 day liver cleanse. I took about 2 weeks off between the sets. I am diagnosed with fatty liver and my lab work suggested it was getting worse, so I thought it couldn't hurt to try this before they prescribe meds. My next bloodwork is in October. I will have completed this 28 day set by then. I can't wait to see if there is significant improvement. Meanwhile, I feel good. I think this is very easy to take. I have had no negative experiences. Very happy so far. I plan to update more after Oct labs.

Ordered the Detox and Calorie Bomb and the Calorie Bomb package had nothing in it. Reached out to them the next morning and have not heard anything. So in total I’ve sent three emails with no response. Reporting them to the BBB.
