Lovely screens. Good company
Lovely screens. We have a three panel across our en-suite doorway perfect.
And bought a five panel to screen off our open plan kitchen. Very moveable. And attractive. Hard to choose which lovely design. Sadly UPS delivered the second screen damaged but bimago refunded swiftly in full. Hope they get it back from ups.
Be aware you have to pay import duty to Uk which added £55 only for the larger one. But still worth it with all the discounts.

Still haven’t received our order
Still haven’t received our order, terrible customer service as we haven’t been informed along the way of why or when we will receive it. It hasn’t matched the timeframe given at order. We’ve just been told to be patient for longer!! It’s been over a month, we could have ordered a divider just as nice from Amazon and now wished we had…. Sadly now wouldn’t recommend this company.

It should be made clear from the start where the item is coming from and whether there will be extra duty to pay, especially when it is £70 or more !

Delivery failed
The canvas looked very attractive but its journey from Poland was held up in a depot in Germany for four days and in the end I requested and received a refund. The customer care team were very polite though.

Canvas is nice but the print quality of everything else was not that good
I ordered 3 room dividers and a canvas which were all around £100 each. The canvas turned out nice but the resolution on the room dividers was not good. The picture quality is quite poor. From my experience I wouldn't recommend getting prints from this place if you want absolute quality.
