After the UCS Łódź officers have completed the necessary activities, this shipment was forwarded towards the UK. Such situations are beyond UPS's control."
We are sorry for the delay caused by the customs office. But as we can see your parcel has already reached UK and is on "Out for delivery" status, so hopefully it will be delivered to you today.

I had a very confusing call from UPS…
I had a very confusing call from UPS asking for measurements of my curtains which were in fact on the invoice. It could perhaps be clearer that there will be quite a high fee to pay for import of goods.

Due to Brexit, when importing to UK products from European Union that cost more than £135 additional costs will arise. These import fees are set up by your country government and have to be paid by the person who imports the product to UK (the buyer) to the UK's government. We are sorry.
On our shipment page ( https://www.bimago.co.uk/help/shipment ) we also inform: "In case of shipping to any country outside the EU, additional duties and other payments may be charged."
Also, when you placed the product into to cart, you did receive a warning about the fees, to which you agreed by proceeding to checkout.

The order was not received on time
The order was not received on time. The delay was over a week. UPS tracking revealed the order was delayed in Poland. It would have been good if you had also given some information about the delivery delays.

Still not received. Everyday I get a email saying delivery is today then every evening get a email saying the delivery is now changed to tom

I had to wait a long time for delivery.The blinds seemed to be stuck in Poland.I paid 60 pounds extra shipping.I thought at some point it would never arrive.UPS eventually found it.Felt like I had been scammed.Today it arrived and in good condition.Slightly surprised at large print on canvas ...But still pleased.

A wide range of canvases to choose from and prices very competitive. I selected a larger size that required the buyer to build the frame. Excellent instructions and additional YouTube video. Easy to construct. The quality of canvas was superb and looks brilliant on my dining room wall. Delivery time longer than expected but understood it was being exported. Definitely would purchase again. Highly recommend!!!

World Map of- self adhesive, excellent!
Prompt delivery (from Poland to Uk), good quality. Purchased a self-adhesive map of the world which covers the entire wall of my child’s bedroom. Looks fantastic. Tricky to put up (to get everything lined up precisely) but enjoyed the challenge!

Unfortunately the canvas was not up to expectations, quality was bad thin and flimsy, and colours where like bright pen markers. I contacted customer service team and they were very understanding and helpful and gave me a full refund. So the 5 stars go to customer service.

Beautiful wall mural in my bedroom excellent quality wallpaper very tough not like other paper which can tear easily. It was simple to to hang up with all the instructions pasting the wall I have never papered a wall tha quick. Excellent delivery service and great customer service kept me up todays from start to finish. Would highly recommend and would purchase in the future.
