Great Experience!
From website till receiving the items it was a great experience. Beautiful stuff for the house different sizes and quality, styles, themes every type of items are available for decoration around your house according to your needs. Regular item update for delivery, really nicely packed items I have recieved with all the instructions and hanging bits and pieces.
I really love the items which I have ordered, I have ordered the 3rd item yesterday as well. Plus money saving deals are available.

Charged us import tax , shouldve said it when paying for it, it isnt the thought of paying for it but for £57.00, abit steep, wont be buying from here again .

On our shipment page ( https://www.bimago.co.uk/help/shipment ) we do inform: "At bimago, free delivery applies to all orders within the European Union, allowing you to enjoy your purchases without any additional shipping costs. In case of shipping to any country outside the EU, additional duties and other payments may be charged, which are to be paid directly to the courier upon delivery. As the UK has left the EU, there are now extra customs fees and checks in place at the border for orders above £135."
Also, when you placed the product into to cart, you did receive a warning about additional customs duties, to which you agreed by proceeding to checkout.

Happy with my purchase
I ordered a 3 panel room screen and the product was well packaged and good value for the price. It does what is needed and looks good in the room . It comes from Poland and took about 3 weeks to arrive , but apart from the wait to receive it - I was a bit worried it might get snarled up in customs etc- I am happy and would order again .

Very clever business idea. It helps to separate my workspace and personal space, so I don’t get distracted, it makes me feel I have my own corner. Lightweight, easy to fold and be stored. Comes assembled, so no hassle, you take it out and use it. Could be smaller gaps in between the panels, but because of hinges that’s what you get. Bought it on sale, wouldn’t pay more than the sale price. Feedback for the business: You should offer custom orders and print pictures that customer can upload. Also you can have more handpicked choices of pictures as I am not sure about some of them, I love that you have a lot of choice for the prints, but it’s rather overwhelming. 😁 hope this review comes useful! Sticky problem!
The poster looks great on the ceiling but attaching it was a challenge! I ordered the self adhesive option. The poster came rolled in a tube but when attempting to take the backing off the poster it kept rolling back and sticking together. Amazing adhesion but result-creases! Definitely a two person job!
Wish I had ordered the normal wallpaper and glue product. All else good.

The 'wallpaper' was a roll of very thin printing paper with a copied, blurry, excessively shiny image of a William Morris print. The returns are to Poland, a detail you need to search the small print for.
Refund policy is poor
Customer service consists of reminding the customer that location, customs costs, refund policy etc is in the small print

Package not received
Hello,
I ordered a package 3 weeks before my vacation hoping I will get it in time. Unfortunately it did not happened, and agreed with your service to send it after my return from vacation. It seams like, once I change a bit your matrix, it seams very difficult to get to an arrangement .. I confirmed like 3 times that I want to receive the package after a certain date, and every time I communicate with your service it seams like there was no communication with you before hand.. you are always telling me that the package was returned and ask me if I still want the package.. i am the one that was asking for the package to be returned to you, in written, so I can receive it after my vacation.. I really want that package, but at this moment, I have no confirmation and have no idea when I will receive it.. and you are blaming the transportation company that didn’t even received the package.. it is just frustrating .. I wasn’t sure how to escalate this, so I doing it here, thank you in advance for your help
