Scam!!!

Company are scammers who do not respond to emails upon issues with the order. Item arrived blurry damaged and also with an excess £45 ups payment which the company guaranteed me orders below £135 will not come with an excess fee. Stay away from this company. They even responded to another email address after ignoring my request for weeks through the email I placed the order. Very disturbing scamming service

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost. We ordered a wall paper. It came late. We were away and when it arrived our decorator put it up. When we saw we wwre shocked to see that the picture is pixelated and not at all similar to the original photo on the website. We emailed the company but got an answers that they are not taking any responsibility and that how it supposed to look.... Stuck with a very bad wallpaper now.

Even better than expected!

I ordered a room divider because the design and cost were better than anything I could source in the UK. It arrived today and was perfectly packaged. The item is even better in real life than it was in the photos and to say I am extremely happy with it is an understatement. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to add some good taste and pizazz to enhance their home. Absolutely 10 out of 10.

Cheap and nasty

The wallpaper looked fabulous on the website. Gorgeous colours and had the option of peel and stick, which I bought.
It arrived yesterday in individual boxes. It held such promise until I opened it.
I’ve never seen any thing like it. It was really thin like sticky tissue paper. It would never work on a wall as it would highlight every blemish. It’s like a big label and very flimsy.
Please don’t buy as it is certainly not useable. What a waste of money. Avoid like the plague

Looks Nothing Like the Website – Buyers Beware

I ordered two “Room Divider Distinguished Elegance II – background in black quilted pattern,” each described as soundproof and featuring a sleek black leather-look design. What I received, however, was far from what was advertised. The print is very light — more grey than black — with none of the deep, glossy leather effect shown on the website. The quality of the printing simply doesn’t match the online presentation. Even when trying to photograph the product, the way light reflects off it makes it impossible to capture how far off the colour actually is — but in person, it’s clearly inaccurate.

To make matters worse, I was charged £54 in import, insurance, and brokerage fees per item just to get them across the UK border — pushing the total cost to over £450. For that price, I expected far higher accuracy and quality.

There’s no easy way to return them without incurring further customs charges from my own pocket, which makes the whole process feel both disappointing and exploitative. Buyers should be cautious — what you receive may not reflect what you see on the website, and returns are costly and impractical.

Excellent customer service from Poland

Excellent customer service from Agnes in Poland, from start to finish the whole process took 9 days. I had never bought from abroad before, so was a little apprehensive, this was unfounded, thanks to the team in Poland. One glitch, this was due to a 2 day hold up in Stanford Le Hope. Nothing to do with Bimago/Artgeist who I bought my room divider from, they were very supportive. My divider arrived safely in excellent condition and the product far exceeded my expectations. Very well packed by Robert in Poland. The divider is very well made and an excellent quality item. I will return as a customer as they have amazing Art work too.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY-TOTAL SCAM

Good reviews are obviously fake. After spending a ton of money including custom fees, the quality of the wallpaper is rubbish. I hired someone to hang it who does murals all the time and he was surprised how awful the quality was. The rolls shrank and now you can see the wall-looks awful! When I sent pics and an email to customer service I got a reply that wasn’t even related to what I wrote and proved the person didn’t even read my email. Worst customer service ever. They’ve not resolved this issue. Said they’d call me back, never did. They don’t care.

EDIT-Your reply is pathetic. I didn't complain about the colour, the colour is fine. I sent the pictures right after the paper had been hung and so as I advised, it was wet!!! Your service team are idiots.

If you were not fully satisfied with the materials on which we print our wallpapers and murals you had the right to send them back to us within 30 days - you would get a full refund for your order once the products return to us.

As we informed in our e-mail we have forwarded your pictures to our Quality Control Department. Based on the provided photos our specialists conclude that the mural has not been installed correctly. On the joints you can clearly see the excess of glue leaking out which dried on the pattern and caused the colour discolouration. Your specialist used too much adhesive which leaked out and damaged the pattern. We are sorry but we could not accept your complaint - any damage resulting from improper installation is not the basis for a complaint.

Issue with costs and quality

There was an issue surrounding costs. I am from the UK and so when it hit customs, I go slapped with an import cost that was approximately 30% of the cost of the product, which made it very expensive.

In terms of the product it arrived with lots of marks, which ruin the aesthetic. However I am using for work so it sinless of an issue. Also it isn't very sound proof

Due to Brexit, when importing to UK products from European Union that cost more than £135 additional costs will arise. These import fees are set up by your country government and have to be paid by the person who imports the product to UK (the buyer) to the UK's government.
On our shipment page ( https://www.bimago.co.uk/help/shipment ) we do inform about that. Also, when you placed the product into to cart, you did receive a warning about additional costs, to which you agreed by proceeding to checkout.

Lovely room divider

Lovely room divider , I have used it instead of window dressings in my new bathroom and everybody has commented on how gorgeous it is. Going to add the matching wall art as soon as possible. Would love to add a picture but option not here.

Misleading in size

A nice round canvas print. Colour and quality good and a reasonable price, I thought.
Unfortunately though, it is way smaller than in the picture, where it is shown on a wall with furniture, suggesting a larger x2 picture.
A bit like buying a watermelon but getting a grapefruit!!

Outstanding Customer Service

Ordering was easy from professional website. Quick delivery. There was an issue with the room divider once unpacked but this was very quickly resolved within 24hours. Amazing customer service. I would recommend 100%

Complete rip off "Bimago.co.uk"

Complete rip off "Bimago.co.uk" but really in Poland . UPS wanted duty and broker fees of £53 so I rejected the parcel.It was returned for full refund as instructed by Bimago. To date UPS are still wanting £53 and no refund on purchase - Never again !!!

Great Experience!
From website till receiving the items it was a great experience. Beautiful stuff for the house different sizes and quality, styles, themes every type of items are available for decoration around your house according to your needs. Regular item update for delivery, really nicely packed items I have recieved with all the instructions and hanging bits and pieces.
