Bikesure/Lloyd's Refund Rip Off
⁸Having paid £124.48 25/11/25 and cancelling today as the classic bike has been sold only 5 months into the 12 months ofcover, I was disgusted to be told the refund was zero.
This total rip off ably demonstrates what level of greed exists in the insurance industry.
Shame you can't award zero stars to match their profiteering cynicism.

The person who helped me answered my telephone call shortly before closing, yet didn't hurry the call at all. Despite my need for a multi bike policy, she spent well over 45 minutes assisting and explaining everything clearly. First class service.

AVOID! Absolutely TERRIBLE company. We had similar experience to others bellow . My partner bought bike policy on Sunday. They took deposit straight away and Adrian Flux showed up on the screen- they will do some checks
On Monday the sent him message to contact with them -we only could arrange call back for Tuesday. Agent said that many details could be incorrect- so they were - DOB, type of bike , mileage, residency-etc ! What a nonsense! After the corrections they put the price higher ! We decided to cancel policy. We were told that cancellation fee in total will be nearly £80- - £6 only for 3 days of riding the bike . The rest are fees for BIKESURE and ADRIANFLUX . We were told that they don't have cooling off period, that this is all stated in terms and conditions . My partner never received email with policy details etc. Only thing he got was direct debit form from Premium Direct . We are really disappointed with go compare - they shouldn't recommend them at all.

AVOID charge you for cancelling within cooling off period
I set up a bike policy yesterday via compare the market. After taking my payment I then had to fill out an online validation form and give all sorts of strange details that are supposed to be for anti money laundering. Overnight I received two emails, one to tell me that I had to complete more validation checks and one with a policy document saying they would contact me. In the morning while at work I received a message threatening that if I didn’t contact them immediately my policy could be cancelled. While at work I was unable to call but started an online chat, the agent refused to tell me what the issues were and said I had to call them. During the day and looking through other people’s reviews it appears this is a common tactic to try and extort more money from you. I decided there and then I did not want to be covered by a company using such underhand tactics regardless of the reason. I’ve never previously had any issues or claims with any insurance policy and never been sent such rude correspondence. Upon cancelling and giving this as my reason, they charged me £30.27 from a policy which only cost £130 for LESS THAN 24 hours!! I will be making a formal complaint to the relevant ombudsman as well as compare the market who directed me to them. I would highly recommend avoiding any related ADRIAN FLUX company like the plague. The small print says they can charge whatever they like even during the 14 day cooling off period.
