Booking the appointment and getting…
Booking the appointment and getting finance set up was easy online and via call centre. We test drove the car for about 5/10 mins in an area with a 20 mph speed limit, which didn’t allow me to realise at a higher speed the steering pulled to the right. It wasn’t until we sat down after the test drive did I find that there was 3 recalls on the vehicle. I called a Dacia garage to find out what they were and how to deal with them. One being an issue with the steering column. The finance wasn’t done with their main lender which meant it took 3 days to be processed, I was told I’d be able to take it away same day. I had to make a second trip of over an hr and a half to collect the car which I have booked in to get the recalls sorted. The ombudsman says they shouldn’t have sold it, they are adamant that they could. In doing in to the bot to check what’s in the spare wheel section I found it covered in dog hair and part of a kids toy, I’m guessing from previous owner. The sales guy was good, just wasn’t given enough information about what he was selling.

Failed to keep appointment for test drive
We had an appointment for a test drive. When we arrived (on time), we were told to take a seat. After about 15 minutes, I asked when we would get to see the car, and go for a test drive. The man behind the counter said it could be up to an hour after our appointment time. It baffles me that we weren't warned of the long waiting time when we arrived. We had another appointment, so we just left rather than waiting. We overheard other customers expressing similar frustrations. The man behind the desk didn't seem to see this as a problem - he was unapologetic, as though this was normal.

Waited over 1 hour and 15 mins for someone to even acknowledge I was there and then I was told to wait for someone waited another 20 minutes and then thought I have paid for the car to come here and wasted 1 hour 30 minutes so just left told them it’s fine don’t worry

We test drove 2 cars
We test drove 2 cars. The salesman was lovely and very helpful. I told him I wasn’t looking to buy a car that day but would return 2 days later to buy a car. He spoke to his manager who came out and made me feel very uncomfortable, he kept pushing for a sale despite me saying numerous times that I would return to buy a car, the manager had no regard for his customer and only cared about trying to get a sale. Due to this I did not return and they lost business.

Cowboys and Miss Sell …
This cowboy Company has severely missed sold a vehicle that has been sat out for at least 6 to 8 months while been allowed to rust before we brought the Vehicle .
The vehicle was never checked as discussed and mention in their policy which is not even worth the writing. It's written by, It has come with illegal brakes that has made the vehicle on unroadworthy and big motoring world will not take responsibility for this or give a full refund
The Customer Service is absolutely shocking and non-existent. Don't believe the 200 Point check it's not done on a vehicle. It's just printed off as a general bit of paper not specific to the vehicle
The company will sell you a vehicle without a V5 and expect you to do all the running around get this sorted they don't comply with any consumer duty Law
They have no consideration for other road users as they're happy to send an illegal vehicle out without any checks
Keep well away from this company they need to be shut down as they are totally illegal and have no respect for customers
They do not follow compliance laws, nor did they follow anything at the FCA set out when it comes to a sale, they are desperate for the sales and lie to customers to get the sale, they are pushy a point of sale and make you pay for something that they don't need to pay for common sense should prevail but it doesn't with big motoring world.
Keep well away from the Wimbledon branch they are absolutely cowboys awful from start to finish and don't believe a word they say as they don't do what they say and the quality of the vehicles is very poor.
Big motoring world need to be shut down with immediate effect and stop miss selling to customers

All of our vehicles are subjected to an inspection prior to their placement on the forecourt; however, they are all sold in a used condition and on occasion, faults can develop, often these are unforeseen and sudden.
On occasion, we are either supplied with an expired V5 or the vehicle was previously classed as disabled. In this case, the customer would need to apply for a new logbook and pay for the road tax at a Post Office using a V62 form.
We apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience that may have been caused.

Not to good overall experience. Sales personnel are pushing to add products we don’t need. We lost a lot of time just trying to say no.
Then we took car home and checked carefully only then we found damages to it. Boot door has a lot of dents and holes to inside plastic and dashboard screen has scratches all over it.
