Not happy at all

I had a great experience in buying my first electric car. The whole process was very well organised and made so much better with the help of Neil the business manager.
I have already recommended my family to look at cars here.

Purchased a car on bank holiday Monday and was collecting on the Thursday afternoon from Cannock branch. on inspection of car it was very nice but very dirty and had not been cleaned sweet wrappings and dirty tissues stuffed down by seatbelt clips to name a few things and was assured it would have a valet for collection on Thursday .On arrival at the branch to collect my car I asked for a quick look before signing documents to find it had not been done apparently they have 7 people cleaning the cars before you collect I'm not sure what they actually do but they don't clean the cars when your paying £22000 for a car you at least expect it clean when you go to collect I'm then told it will take 15 minutes to clean .The fact that there are 4 sales team and 4 so called cleaners all crawling round in my new car trying to bodge it up to get another sale across the line doesn't really fill you with confidence of the branch it supposed to be exciting when getting a new car but this experience was the total opposite I declined the car and lost money paid for insurance plus still have to wait a week for my deposit back would not recommend these clowns and certainly don't sign anything until you check the car first

Avoid! Sold my partner a car which had multiple faults - all of these came to light 1 day after purchase (not detectable on 5 minutes test drive). Refused to help sort, sales staff spoke to us very rudely and actually started laughing when we expressed our frustration at the entire process. In addition they apply huge pressure sales tactics when trying to upsell warranty, just wouldn't take no for an answer. Avoid avoid avoid.

Not good service

Very poor customer service. We felt insulted by the member of staff who dealt with our interest in a vehicle. Basically, he could not be bothered to - well, perhaps he shouldn't have turned up to work that day. We went to Albury's, Walsall , and had fantastic customer service.

Jon was great. The service he provided was very professional, I didn’t feel managed which is a great skill. He was very personable. The only fly in the ointment for me is that the whole experience was just too long. At close to 3 hours there were many occasions were I was left to my own devices for close to 30 minutes. I realise that finance can take time but I had already phoned black horse finance and your head office prior who had already told me that the finance had been agreed. So not really sure what was taking so long to be processed. To be clear Jon was the highlight of the experience. If he hadn’t been there I would probably had complained about the length of time it took.

Great customer service .

Easy no hassle from sales people constantly, nothing better than being able to just roam without being hounded by a sales person, when your ready just ask and everyone is helpful to give you keys ect to check cars out in your own time

Great efficient staff, easy process

The staff at big motoring world were very helpful and professional, every process was explained clearly and thoroughly
The showroom is very clean and we were offered drinks on a very regular basis

Very well organised process from reception to handover. Staff were very friendly and informative about the vehicles and during the completion of documentation taking time to explain what they represented. Thanks to sales executive Ezra and business manager Neil who were very professional and helpful throughout.

Staff were warm and helpful. Premises were clean. Wide range of vehicles that gives you options to consider. Vehicle details on hand via QR codes.

Long drawn out if polite sales process. Trying to sell me various warranties. Almost purchased car until advised full payment would have to be made by bank transfer. Not even a small part payment by credit card. Salesman advised the credit card protection would only cover the amount of part payment. Not true. Then offered a discount if I took out a warrenty but only if I did the deal now. Didn't feel pressured but got the feeling it had been leading up to this all the time. Took over 2 hours.
Loved the car but walked away.

Horrible sales experience be prepared for time share style, hold you hostage sales pitch.
The car was dirty, this is so you can’t see small scratches and to hold you hostage.
My car had several issues that weren’t covered by warranty £26k was what I paid.
I had a problem with charger socket (broken when I bought it seen when I charged it next day) after circa 20 emails the offered to fix it. I would have to book my car for a day to a site 173miles away driver there wait for the day and then drive home. The repair only would be covered.
An alloy was cracked noticed by losing air in a tyre. I booked the car in for a new tyre, thinking that was the problem, and got new tyre fitted.
Next day the tyre was flat. Went back to tyre centre they took tyre back off and looked closer at the wheel which was cracked. Lots and lots of emails told lots of times no no no. And I raised a complaint externally with finance company.
The garage was exactly what you would expect from dodgy Dave’s place so I would only buy here if you are that desperate.
If you dont need finance get your car from the auction it’s the same quality as this place and you will spend just as much repairing or living with the issues.
I wouldn’t let anyone I care for go here.
Take someone with you that can handle aggressive sales boys.

Went to collect my car told the receptionist what I was here for and she said just go right the way down to the bottom,so when I got to the end I stood around waiting after a while I asked one of the guys what to do he said the finance guys will be able to see you next minute my phone pings asking me to pay the amount due but I’ve already paid so when the young lady came over to me. I told her I’d already paid she says okay I’ll go and sort it out then while awaiting I had another text asking me for half of the amount of what was due, so that was sorted and I went in and the guy sorted out the tax road tax for me he was okay told me if I went to the front they were in the car around went up to the front came up and he said oh they’re having to wash your car can you wait around for another 10 or 15 minutes? 35 minutes later? He turned up in the car. I didn’t check the car till I got home no space save and no Jack what a load of crap.
