I've been an avid cyclist for more than 20 years. I love the sport but 100% regret having to purchase new kits because they are so expensive $250 and up for a full kit. Then I saw an ad for Bicycle Booth (BB). I was in the need for a new kit and BB had some great looking designs. My only apprehension, at first, was at the $130 price point for a kit. Was I getting crap? Well, it definitely is not crap. Got my first kit but the sizing was way off. I processed an exchange for the correct size. The exchange took a while due to logistical issues. But I kept in contact with BB and everything worked out. In the mean time I order another kit which I received before receiving my exchange kit. I tried on the kit and it fit perfectly and felt comfortable. My first ride in a BB kit was just over 50 miles and I was comfortable in the kit the entire time. The chamois used in the bib shorts was comfortable & provided great padding in all the right places. The fit of the jersey was is also amazing and super comfortable. I can say BB will be my first stop when shopping for a new cycling kit in the future.

No doubt the supply chain is difficult for many firms. Great communication in a timely manner more than offsets any delays. Every person I dealt with was courteous and professional, BB will be my choice for bike clothing!

I would give this experience zero stars if I could. The size chart was confusing so an incorrect size was ordered & sent. I returned the shorts by tracked mail as requested. It took several weeks for them to pick up the item from the post office after it was delivered. I have waited now over 3 weeks for the return to be processed once it was eventually picked up and all I have received from customer service is lame apologies and zero action. Terrible! Never again! Don't waste your money!

This company has zero and I mean zero customer service. Lost package all the way from china then gets sent back to receiver and lost again. Customer Service tells me I should reach out to the Chinese shipping company to find out more. They can’t help any further. So no refund no gear and no help. Don’t waste your time and money on this company. Oh and by the way get ready to wait two weeks to even begin this process as that’s about how long delivery is suppose to take. Two thumbs down!!

Absolutely the worst company I have ver dealt with. Poor quality clothing…poor sizing and poor returns. A 10% restocking fee is appalling

I bought a jersey on the 25th of January and haven’t received it yet. I escalated yet I was told to wait without being given a timeline. All they say is the item was already shipped but they can’t even traced or tracked it! Stay away from this company! Service is so pathetic!!! Order # 66618

Purchased a set in December. After 3 weeks item arrived. Quality was poor and cheaply made. Item ran extremely small and would not fit. I was able to receive approval for an exchange but they only will reimburse up to $10 for international shipping and only after product has been exchanged. I sent item back from US to Canada it passed customs Jan 19 and was delivered Jan 21, 2022. Today February 4, 2022 they are telling me they don’t have my item back and will not send me the larger size. Worst customer experience and overpriced product! Will
Never purchase again and will dispute charge with credit card company.

Be sure to use the sizing chart- and measure yourself. I am not a "standard" fit by any means- at 6'4" and 270 pounds. The sizing chart is accurate and I find the fit to be great. Quality is excellent- after my first order of thermal pants and a matching jacket, I found the bibs so nice (and warm) that I ordered 2 more sets. I live in Wisconsin and winters are brutal, however I ride all year, thanks to these thermal pants. The color options are great- I appreciate all the high visibility and wild color combinations. Shipping has been faster than expected, all things considered. I recommend these bibs from Bicycle Booth to all my riding friends. The designs and quality can't be beat.

Their excellent products and customer service will keep me coming back. Count me a EXTREMELY SATISFIED

I liked my custom Bills cycling jersey so much I decided to order a Steelers one for my hubby. Cycling jerseys are great light weight material and print is excellent. Only bummer is it takes a while from order to actually receiving the item. But highly recommend.

i ordered photochromic sunglasses. They sent the wrong ones - took about six weeks. i emailed customer service and they said "oh those are the right ones". So i sent a screenshot of the order and a photo of what arrived. They said they had to "check with the factory" but no further communication. I bought glasses elsewhere and said i wanted a refund. They said i would have to pay my own postage and a restocking fee even though it was their error! I just went to the credit card company to deny payment. UGH!

Great quality product for a low price . Fits pretty much very well everywhere but a little loose at the thighs. I would recommend this product.

Bicycle Booth must be a scam company. I never received the item I ordered. I agree with another sucker - it gets a zero review from me.
