This is a follow up to my May 24 review. I ALSO FINALLY GAVE UP. I ordered 3 Invert Team Canada (Black) cycling jerseys and 3 T shirts. The delivered package did not include the T shirts, and despite numerous emails, they just don't respond. I get the same response each time: "we are looking into it". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unless you are happy to throw money away. I ordered my gear March 21.

My experience was similar to the MANY other one star reviews. If you have an issue you will get multiple run arounds until you give up. Also pay no attention to their responses saying they will rectify the problem. That is just to give a false sense of security to potential buyers. Beware!

The jerseys themselves are good quality and fit as I expect them. But they use cheap knockoff zippers that don't last a year. I had one break off completely in less than a year of irregular use (I ride indoors in the winter so I don't wear jerseys for probably 6-7 months of the year). I emailed Bicycle Booth to report this and ask what their warranty was. They completely sidestepped the question other than to say it was outside of any warranty.
The jerseys still work but I basically don't have zippers on 2 of the 3 I have ordered from them. Not impressed at all. Save your money and order locally.
PS: the company is owned by a Canadian but the jerseys are all made in China and the workmanship shows.

The clothes are great! Excellent for a good ride.
Delivery tracking is not very accesible

Run as far and fast away from Bicycle Booth as you can. Here’s my experience. Purchased a short sleeve club jersey ($59.99) on May 28, 2002. Jersey arrived on June 15, 2022. The fit was not right so on June 17, 2022 I mailed the jersey back for exchange. USPS confirmed that jersey arrived at Bicycle Booth warehouse on June 23, 2022. Three times I sent an email asking for a timeframe on my replacement jersey. Each time I was told the jersey has NOT arrived at their facility. That’s a lie. Finally I sent an email 61 days after the jersey arrived back in their warehouse asking for a refund. CRICKETS. I still don’t have a replacement jersey, nor have I received a refund. My belief is that they will delay and delay and delay until you give up. Go to your local bicycle shop for New jersey needs. This company is horrible. Run as far and fast away from their website.

I recently ordered my second Bicycle Booth Aero Kit. The Kit arrived in a timely manner and as the previous order, the kit fit me perfectly. I'm 5.9, 162 and was counseled to order size Medium. The medium aero kit fit excellently and looks so sharp...and I was fortunate to make the purchase during one of the sales. I dig these Kits from Bicycle Booth. You will too!

I purchased two Bicycle Booth Short Sleeve jerseys, one for my wife and one for me. The products arrived about 15 days after I placed the orders. That's not the problem. We opened the package and tried the product on abd they were so tight, even though I ordered club fit, that we can wear them. I contacted them within 10 minutes of receipt and told them I needed to return the shirts for bigger sizes. They sent me an email with return address to Whitby, Ontario, Canada. I immediately went to the post office, paid $22.10 to mail them back with tracking, and sent them my tracking number along with a copy of my paid receipt for $78.94. The product left Pearson Toronto Airport on August 3rd and was mailed back on July 28. They refuse to place another order for me for the exact shirts but bigger sizes until they receive the shirts back in Canada. I can't buy again from Bicycle Booth again with this kind of service. Very slow leaving China and return or replacement service terrible. I ordered shirts through Amazon and made a return for a larger size and received new product 3 days later as an even exchange. They send tons of emails, but customer service is terrible. Who can wait 1 to 3 months for order, return, and a new order. Ridiculous...

Slick website leading you to believe quality products shipped from N America. Actually cheap products shipped from China. Took over a month to arrive in California.

Also, based on how much money this company is spending on Shopify to have a drop ship company, I am guessing their knowledge of SEO is high, which leads me to suspect many of the 5 star reviews on here are created by them.

While the quality of their kits are great, the return/exchange policy is atrocious. I have now been waiting almost two months for them to process an exchange. They reimburse up to 10 dollars for shipping, but expect you to send it certified with USPS to Canada. If you are in the US, that total ends up being near 30 dollars. I emailed them several times for updates regarding the exchange, but according to them there are restrictions with the postal facility? Unsure how that can be when I sent it to the address provided per their instruction. When I last emailed at the month mark, I expressed to them that this was a gift for my boyfriend for his first upcoming race and there was just complete disregard and no sense of urgency. Customer service is absolutely lacking when it comes to exchanges and comes across like a scam. I requested a refund at this point because I ordered kits from other places and they have infinitely better customer service and their exchange policy is not nearly as extensive or troublesome as Bicycle Booth's

Customer service is bad, they only choose what e-mail to reply to. Items are from China and sizes are too small. Price? Too expensive for the quality and takes too long to ship. Will not recommend.

I admit that when I saw the other reviews I was nervous. I have had a great experience, however. I ordered a M bib short and jersey kit. The bib short was very small but the jersey fit great. I returned the bib short and they immediately sent me a replacement. Shipping takes a long time - but that was communicated very clearly to me. Cheng was a huge help and I have received TONS of compliments so far on the jerseys I kept. Looking forward to the bib shorts so my kits are complete. I would not hesitate to order again.

I ordered 3 kits in January '22. They did not ship until March of '22. After paying $36 to send them back for a bigger size, it is now May '22 and I STILL don't have them. I ordered these in January for an events in May and June. I already missed the first one and will likely miss the next one, meaning I will send them back and LOOSE MONEY on all of this. This is awful, dude. Shop elswhere.

Got 2 sets of bicycle booth jersy and bibs, value for money and quality is very good for e price, will definitely buy their aero fit to try out.

I love the product, the jerseys are super comfortable, breathable and the patterns are so nice. The quality is surprisingly good as well. I also had amazing customer service as I ordered a jersey as a gift and it turned out to be the wrong size and they were happy to exchange the size for me without any issues. The shipping does take a while but I think it is worth it. I would highly recommend!

Would never buy anything from this company. I ordered a kit Women M (shorts & sleeveless jersey). Only the shorts arrived after 5 weeks. Contacted them for the jersey. 8 weeks later, jersey arrived as Men M. They kept insisting that their company’s sizes are different, that I ordered the wrong size, that they sent the correct size - even though the measurements do not even line up to their own size chart. I would NEVER recommend this company nor their products. Bad service all around and filled with lies.

Order two jerseys in December and received in January. One jersey was too small so contacted company on returning for an exchange. Followed their instructions and returned. After about a month inquired abou status of return and was informed that they were having problem getting package from their postal delivery. Informed me they were diong best to get it and would keep me informed. Two months later have still received NO response from them. Would definitely not consider ordering again.

Better Business Bureau has given Bicycle Booth a grade of an F - I should have checked before I ever placed an order. It’s been months and after paying I still haven’t received my order or a legitimate explanation of why they cannot deliver.

This order has not been active since February 9 (months!). I have contacted them through email 45 times. I only get boilerplate excuses from this company with no follow through.

We placed an order pretty close to St.Pat's day in hopes we might have the jersey in time. WOW it came way before we needed it. It was such a cool picture and the cycle jersey was really comfy on. We are already looking at other jerseys we want to buy for other events.
Great price, great variety, great people and great kits. Got a customer for life right here.
