Several issues with the App set up and ongoing usuage
Several issues with the App set up. It kept telling my password wasn't correct or the session had expires and to log in again, it wouldn't let me book classes just caused a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration. It works intermittently and remains a stressful situation even today. I just tried to book a class and I had to use the desktop as the app won't let me log in.

Feedback and Concern Regarding Power Pump Class
I would like to raise a concern about an experience I had during a Power Pump class last Wednesday.
It was my first Power Pump class in several years. During the class, Sue came over speaking loudly through her headset microphone, in a very patronising and humiliating tone, in front of the entire class, insisting that I do squats. I had to repeatedly explain that I could not do them because I have been dealing with a knee injury for several years.
I had to insist quite strongly before she finally left me alone. She then told me that I should have told her beforehand, and that if I had, she would have told me that this was not the right class for me.
For context, I could not speak to her beforehand because I, along with a few other people, arrived approximately 2–3 minutes after the class had started. She was already visibly frustrated and, by her own words, was having a “not today” kind of day. She actually stopped the class for a few minutes to allow us to get settled, but continued to address us with the same attitude.
I understand that instructors can have difficult days, but I do not believe that someone else’s bad day should become a humiliating experience for a member.
I have always understood gym classes to be welcoming and inclusive, regardless of people’s individual capabilities or limitations. I should be able to attend a class without being publicly singled out or pressured to perform an exercise that I have clearly explained I cannot safely do.
The way this situation was handled made me feel extremely uncomfortable and humiliated, and I actually left the class shortly afterwards.
I will not be attending Sue’s classes again, but I felt it was important to provide this feedback because I do not believe this is an appropriate way to speak to or treat members.

My child is enjoying her swimming lessons. The teachers are very accommodating and experienced. Even though it grouped, they can identify when a child needs extra support. The staff at the reception are friendly and welcoming. I like the fact that you can sit and view the lesson. The facilities like showers could do with a repair. The lockers are great - big enough for your items including jacket.

Super fun for me
Super fun for me. I'm only 7 months old and I enjoy the swimming lessons. The staff are very friendly and kind. I would like the changing rooms to be a little better though as it's not so clean.

Great introduction back into the gym…
Great introduction back into the gym after a year off. Jean-Luc showed me around the gym, he made me feel very comfortable with the machines and with my workout plan. Both him and Yath were both especially so helpful and attentive.

I've been waiting for a Junior GYM instructor for 3 days, they say come tomorrow, we made a monthly membership, but we didn't benefit from it for 1 week.

Staff friendly & helpful. Pool water often very cold , it makes my swim difficult to enjoy. Often have a shorter swim than intended & shivering afterward. Changing rooms & air temperature around pool could be warmer too. Sometimes cleanliness not perfect.

Just joined, good so far!
Just joined, so early days, but all good so far. Pool is great, with booking a lane easy. Changing rooms are fine. Gym is good, but tbh lacks equipment.

The facilities are quite dirty, and there is an overwhelming scent of urine both in the pool and in the ladies dressing room. Tons of hair in the showers.

The gym needs improving
The gym is okay, I think for the £40 I pay a month there should be a bigger gym and more weights. I feel much of the leasuire centre is unused. I also went to a class which was not good. I would hope for a much higher standard of teaching.
