Ridiculously overcrowded
Booked a swim time for 50 minutes at 1:20 pm on a Sunday for me and my family. I arrived to find it absolutely heaving. It was a hot sunny day but this was ridiculously over crowded.
No space in the outside pool for us to have a family swim. We only went to this centre because of the outdoor pool. The one lane for family’s was crazy busy.
Im assuming that people stay over the allocated 50 minutes. There has got to be a way of monitoring this. Other places give different coloured wristband so when your slot is up you leave.
There was no point having the current booking system, it’s pointless.
The family changing facility and disabled changing rooms were out of order. I am disabled so had to go up and down slippery stairs to get to the changing rooms.
We spent £27 for the four of us. Total waste of money, we stayed for 15 minutes.
I will not be recommending or using this place again.

Love my Better gyms, shout out to Oasis and Morden Leisure as two of my favourites. Had some issues with my upgraded membership, which did take a while to fix but Will from Customer Support was really helpful, and the team fixed it. Great value for what comes with their Better Health UK plan.

Easiest 5 stars I have ever given!
Centre is a hidden gem! Easily the best facility around and the outdoor pool is the best. Recent refurbishment has made it modern and a perfect fit for the area. Staff are all super friendly and polite every time I visit. The upgrades for the gym have transformed it, looks so much better and the equipment is all brand new!

It really is an Oasis
It really is an Oasis! A special place bang in the centre of London! The outdoor pool is a joy. It would be 5 stars if the outdoor showers were reliably warm. Every time I've been over the last couple of months the outdoor showers have been cold (or cool maybe not entirely cold). They used to be perfect. I mentioned it to a member of staff who just smiled and shrugged. 🤷♀️

Pool lovely and clean
Pool lovely and clean. Very impressed with the spec and the equipment in the gym. Changing rooms nice and clean but - there just always seems to be at least one (normally two - and usually the same ones!) shower out of order. That’s my only criticism.

Amazing club and staff!!
Amazing club and staff always eager to help especially Farrat who is so friendly professional and good attitude. Just make me wanting to come back every day of the week whether it's for the Gym, the Swimming pool or Squash. Amenities are always super clean and machines all brand new since a month or 2. I have been going to this center for over 4 years to play squash. It really does feel like a community where you bump into people you know. A great example of this is Ferra, he makes everyone feels at home with such a welcoming greeting, and emerge well helpful with everything

The great thing aborto this centre is that its in the heart of London' 5 minutes walk from Covent Garden station! They have a gym and Outdoor pollo which will be great in the summer! Aden was very helpfull on receptiom! I will definitñey come by again

Great spot. Clean gym, decent classes, and the outdoor heated pool is a bonus. Tony’s the best - super helpful and always brings good energy. Makes a big difference.

No where compares in central London
Awesome staff, unique facility with a cracking gym as well as indoor and outdoor pools. Weights up to 50kg in the gym as well which is rare for a Leisure Facility. Top notch.

Exceptional customer service
Long time squash player, facilities are great - the court walls could do with a little refresh but that’s not why I’m writing my review. Always so nice to be greeted by Ferrah. Calm, cheerful and efficient customer service - nothing’s ever an issue. Also nice to share a genuine laugh with him once in a while. He makes you feel welcome and valued - all the time. Nailing natural genuine service in a facility such as this is a rarity and goes such a long way. Great stuff.
