Hi Isobel,
Thank you for your feedback.
We're delighted to hear that the soft play party at Gosling Sports Park was a success and that you found the setup straightforward and the team friendly and helpful.
We're sorry to hear that the cleanliness of the toilets fell short of expectations on the day. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding providing water jugs for children attending parties, and we'll share this feedback with the centre management team for consideration.
Thank you for your recommendation, and we hope to welcome you back for another celebration in the future.
Warm Regards,
Hazal

Gosling Gymnastics
My children have been going to Gosling gymnastics for around 10 years, each starting around aged 4. Steve, Jodie, Ellie and the team are fantastic with all three of my daughters (aged 6, 10 & 13). Their knowledge and experience is clear to see when they coach the children. The equipment and space enables them to properly tumble up to teenage/adult years. Plenty of parking every time we come (4 days a week). Only downside to Gosling is the toilets. They could definitely be much cleaner than they are. 4 stars just for the cleanliness

Good afternoon,
Thank you for your rating.
We like to offer access to juniors so they can keep fit, but we do try to schedule their sessions outside the times when adults typically use the gym. Apologies for the punch bags.
Tibor regularly receives high praise, so thank you for mentioning him today.

Gym member for over a decade
As someone who regularly attends the gym and has done for over a decade, I have seen many members of staff come and go. In recent years Tibor & Bartek have been been exemplary employees. Both knowledgeable, courteous and friendly delivering an excellent service to the diverse customer base. Not only are they both personable but diligent in their approach to keeping the gym operational for all. The only failing of the gym is that senior staff do not value their contribution and knowledge of the customer base they understand and interact with daily.
