I am playing roulette for fun, but that was the worst experience
I am playing roulette for fun—just small amounts up and down for a bit of adrenaline. However, I recently had the worst experience ever on Betfred.
I was playing live casino and focusing on the big numbers. When I noticed that the number 0 hadn't hit in the last 20 spins, I decided to bet on it. Right after placing the bet, I realized that 0 had actually hit just two spins prior, so I successfully undid my bet.
Right as the wheel started spinning, the screen suddenly went black. When it came back on a second later, the ball had landed on 0.
It was a terrible experience. It feels like live casino games are rigged. Stay away!

Strange practices
My account was blocked because BetFred claims I made three unsuccessful login attempts. I had been visiting the site regularly without any login issues, so suddenly forgetting my password? That seems strange. Naturally, I tried to reset it, but the emails containing the reset link never arrived—and I checked my spam folder, too. After navigating the automated chat, I joined the queue to speak with a representative, but I gave up after waiting about four hours. I can't log in, and I can't change my password. I suspect the fact that I have over £3,500 in the account plays a role here. They’re acting like a fly-by-night operation that’s only out to fleece people.

Would give zero stars if an option.
Let me deposit £1400 (no wins might I add) then closed my account pending a call with the responsible gaming team. The call never happened and I then just got an email stating my account would be closed permanently due to being previously registered on GAMSTOP.
How is that fair? Took my money and ran with it.
Complaint submitted for a refund to which they have basically said no and they can do what they want.

Been with BETFRED for years,use bookies play slots online.Adhere to all security,gambling controls ,today when attempting to log into my account,a message instructing me to change my password came up stating my account is blocked due to several failed attempts to imput correct password, contacted support querrying failed log in attempts,they told me that numerous attempts had been made at 7.06am today, told them it wasn't me, asked for location and devices used in theses log on attempts, so i could report to police, they refused and would not provide any info to me ,but may... give to police if requested. They now have blocked my account,in my opinion no justified reason, found out that Betfred do this from time to time and never offer any explaination, i ask myself why? or is it AI collecting more sensitive info on individuals building up digital profiling,to develop algorithms based on gambling activity,may never no.Can i appeal this decision or would the Gaming commission investigate if asked.
