I’m really disappointed about this…
I’m really disappointed about this casino I have won 50f and widraw it but the card was frozen so the payment was declined I keep message the Betfred like 4 days and they keep telling me to contact my bank I did contact the bank and provide the ARN number and bank told me they never get the money and never reach Monzo bank .. I keep contacting any agent on Betfred and they service its so rude ending chat while I message them I’m not willing to lose my 50£ as they can’t resolve the problem they send me email saying that the payment was send successfully so I’m pretty sure by bank it’s not lying I have provided Betfred all screenshots from my bank and still nothing please be aware this casino it’s cheated and please be careful as I’m sure they won’t help me resolve the problem by ending chat all the time !!

My partner deposited £15 and did spins, he checked the fine writing and he met the criteria for 200 free spins but never got them and customer service were useless liars. After letting him spend £15, they said he can't deposit money anymore because they haven't verified his age yet, why let him deposit in the first place then?!
