Overally the app is fine but its still a lot behind when it comes to betbuilder legs,the legs are still behind as compared to other providers and also the limiting on Inplay cashouts is a bit harsh on Betfred as compared to other platforms.
Also on casino and games,it would be prudent if Betfred could give atleast 5 free spins everyday.

Betfred... keep clear of this company as they keep changing the basic rules,, picked a winner in a lucky 31 expecting 4 times the odds but they paid out at single odds stating that i had been excluded from the 4 times the odds for no obvious reason, it was only a 3P bet yet they felt the need to exclude me from the bonus.. and they never reply with a message you can comment on, and they say they cant comment on your message, why not get someone who can comment then?they just waffle on with the same old copy and paste reply, telling you to contact customer services which from my experience is easier said than done as nobody answers.

One star review for the customer service, I was in situation when my ticket was cashed out by someone else and was sent away. They didn't check CCTV cameras they didn't try anything, they just sent me away. Avoid Betfred, scammers! And avoid Betfred Barking road, machines not working properly , staff is rude!
