The betting side is ok because they can’t fix that but their casino i by far one of the worst for RTP you can spin after spin on slots without triggering any bonus and if you do the pay out is terrible. Same games on coral or Betfair or paddy would have triggered the bonus and paid at least your money back

I signed up to more than 10 betting…
I signed up to more than 10 betting sites recently as part of an experiment for my YouTube content, and Betfred was the only company I dealt with that failed to issue the promotional rewards I had qualified for.
What made the experience particularly unacceptable was that Betfred acknowledged that the free bets were due, but repeatedly delayed crediting them because of further verification requests. I provided the requested documents multiple times, including clearer versions, and spent seven days repeatedly contacting support. Each time I seemed to get essentially the same answer: wait for another team to respond.
Eventually I'd had enough. I told support that I would still prefer the free bets I had qualified for, but if Betfred wasn't going to honour the promotion, I wanted my £10 refunded and the account closed. They agreed to refund the £10 and permanently close my account.
At the time of writing, I still haven't received that refund.
Having gone through the signup and promotional process with more than 10 bookmakers for this experiment, Betfred stands out for all the wrong reasons. Other operators managed to verify me and issue their rewards; Betfred turned a straightforward £10 qualifying promotion into a week-long verification ordeal, no promotional reward, a closed account, and a refund that still hasn't arrived.
Based solely on my experience, this was by far the most scam-like and frustrating bookmaker I encountered during the entire experiment. I would not recommend Betfred, and the whole experience will certainly be included when I cover the bookmakers in my YouTube video.

Betfred are good
Betfred are good. Recently signed up and took advantage of their decent welcome Bonus. Won a few quid on their virtual Roulette. Overall I broke even but had some decent hits.
Like the fact that Betfred is Privately owned and not by shareholders.
Betfred Poker is not much good but they use the ipoker network and its complete garbage. I signed up to another site a few years back that use ipoker. I played 10,000 hand and didn't even flop a set.
I use the Betfred highstreet shops. They are good and fun because they employ decent staff and you can have a bit of banter at these places.
Betfred need to create their own Poker Software and and completely break away from Playtech games and the ipoker network.
Tea, coffee and vending machines to get healthy snacks would be a great addition to their outlets. I certainly would use them a lot more during the cold winter months. 8/10 for Betfreds.
