Very poor service as they offer free…
Very poor service as they offer free bets when you place a bet, let you do that and then email you requesting personal documents such as driving licence, pictures of yourself and utility bills. I did not feel comfortable sharing this information. If they do not receive them then they refuse to give you the free bets so please BEWARE!!

Do not use this company. I deposited £6 into my account on Friday and placed a bet of £2 on football, that lost so I bet another bet on of £2 leaving £2 in my account. Came to use it on Sunday my account showed no money in it and didn't show open or settled bets. They said I hadn't any transactions since may this year. That is a lie as I had proof I had put money in my account on Friday and back in July I used live chat waited ages to talk to someone the told me to wait 24hrs as account might not have refreshed. I messaged them again on Sunday I was on chat for at least 30 mins, they said they needed proof of me putting £6 in my account. Got proof messaged them last night 12th October was on chat for 3 hrs in total. Spoke to one person cut me off after I showed proof of transactions. Opened another chat told this guy my problem deep in to our chat cut me off. Started a 3rd chat he cut the chat and has blocked and deleted my account. Ok £2 might be a lot but it's the principle of it. I rang customer service they said they could help as they only dealt with shop complaints. So I can't even speak to anybody. 😡😡😡😡Avoid at all costs.

Plentiful on the site but my first…
Plentiful on the site but my first impressions for £20 spent on slots are not great . On other sites I'd hit at least one feature for £20 . On this site I didn't even win as much as £1 in a spin . I will try again in the next few days and report back to you all to see if it got any better . Added - I gave the sight a second chance and after this I have now self excluded myself because it is absolutely dismal .

Just be CAREFUL when Betfred offer you free spins on Casino games as they change the game play amount from 0.10p a play to £5 a play when free spins are completed ,they do it on alot of their free spin games .So they scammed me out of £10 when I thought I was playing for 0.20p for 2 spins ,this isnt the 1st time its happened to me.
I will be REPORTING them to the Gambling Commision/Ombudsman UK for their continued DIRTY SCAMMING customers and of their tactics to STEAL your money OFF you
Their complaints department is a JOKE ,they never resolve anything and they said I changed it from 10p to £5 but that means I would have to press the increase stake button 13 times but I never touched the stake button,Betfred change the stake increase but DON'T tell anyone they do it .
It's BLATANT robbing and scamming of their customers to increase profits.
It's FRAUD and DECEPTION which is against the LAW.
Today(13/10)they have refunded my money but it is a SCAM changing stakes from 10p to £5 ,they know what they are doing, its all PLANNED by their sales team as they know people are embarrassed to complain and don't complain

My wccount got hacked and someone remotely gambled my funds on the live casino. Reported it and they said it wasn't their responsibility, closed my account and said someone would email me. No one did my deposit has gone and i can't get back through to them. Representative was very rude. Awful company.

Be aware I won on the Irish twice last night £1252 got up this morning after I put a withdrawal in last night after I won to find out that my account has been suspended due to me accidentally clicked on Apple Pay to pay my winnings back into my account but realised it was my husband‘s account as I’ve got Apple Pay on my account my husband’s and my joint account and they have suspended my account. Is there any way I can get my money? What I’ve won I think it’s disgusting how they can hold money after you’ve won and making a complaint is so hard as I phoned up they said that they can’t do anything over the phone. It’s got to go through live chat and went on live chat and six customer representatives ended the live chat. Didn’t want to know all I want is my money what I’ve won they’ve been taking £270 off me a week, but when I win, they don’t want to pay disgusting.
