Yet another example of a Bookmaker…
Yet another example of a Bookmaker undervaluing their customers.
The Beat Fred free game use to offer prizes for 3+ correct answers, suddenly now only a share of the jackpot for a perfect six correct answers. Pure greed from another bookmaker that moans about the situation around paying more tax then disappoints the very customers they should be keeping onside.
Plenty more bookies to choose from, so Betfred drops to the bottom of my list, the price of taking my custom for granted.

Iv been a loyal customer to Betfred for many many years. I won money a while back and my account is sitting in profit over the years. When I first signed up it must be at least 8-10 years ago. I gave my passport and every document they wanted. I goes to login tonight and they tell me before I can get any winnings from a bonus game ( Beat Fred ) I must supply new documentation. Strange isn’t it? They asked me to send my passport and a picture of myself holding a letter with my address with my full face in view.
I told the agent in no circumstances whatsoever will I send you a picture of myself holding a letter of address with my full face in the just to get paid out. I told them to just close my account there and then. There’s going to come a time where they will lose customers daily by doing this. I mean a £20 a month limit on my account, but because over the years I built up a very nice profit. Is this why they don’t want me betting?
STAY CLEAR people and the horror stories Iv just read here are ridiculous. The sad thing is I spoke to Fred Done at Epsom and he’s an absolutely fantastic man. I hope he gets to read my experience. Very slim chance but you never know. Very disappointed Betfred. And I can almost guarantee that I’ll get a reply from Ben saying “I’m sorry you’ve had this experience “ we will pass it onto the relevant team.
I will see Fred Done at next years Oaks/Derby.

Very poor service as they offer free…
Very poor service as they offer free bets when you place a bet, let you do that and then email you requesting personal documents such as driving licence, pictures of yourself and utility bills. I did not feel comfortable sharing this information. If they do not receive them then they refuse to give you the free bets so please BEWARE!!
