Awful company to deal with. I ordered a pool costing around £3,000, and when it arrived, it wasn’t even properly secured to the pallet. The pool weighs approximately 300kg, yet they sent a one-man delivery. It fell off the pallet during delivery and was damaged. We also have photographic/video evidence of the delivery driver dropping it, so there is no dispute as to how at least some of the damage occurred.

When I opened the packaging to start setting it up, I took out two of the legs and immediately noticed they were scratched and looked as though they had already been used. On top of that, the metal pool itself had been damaged during delivery.

I contacted the company to arrange a return, but the customer service has been horrendous. They regularly take days to respond. Eventually, they arranged a collection date and told me someone would be in touch to confirm it. Nobody contacted me and nobody turned up.

Thankfully, because of the value of the purchase, I paid by credit card specifically for the additional protection. After getting nowhere with the company, I had no option but to raise a chargeback through my credit card provider.

The pool is still sitting at my property waiting for them to collect it.

For a product costing around £3,000, the way it was delivered, the condition it arrived in and the complete lack of effective customer service afterwards have been completely unacceptable.

No problems from purchase to delivery. Ideal for not only inflating the childrens paddling pool but many other things as well. Excellent price.

The airbed I ordered weeks when I turn over in bed I’m not happy with it at all

I seen an offer online, but the code didn't work on checkout. I rang customer services who assured me that I should place the order and that they would refund the difference. They also emailed me to say the same thing, order the item and they would refund the difference . I ordered the item, and suddenly I didn't get a response, after chasing over the next few days, I finally had a response, the offer had expired, and they wouldn't be refunding me the difference. I could have had the same item a cheaper price elsewhere, but the offer would have made it slightly cheaper. Due to the reassurance that I would have the difference refunded, I purchased direct with them. Extremely disappointed, and now out of pocket, even though I was reassured on the phone and via email. Do not trust this company, they do not stick by their word, and will scam you out of your money.

Pool leaks. We have got in contact with the company about it and they haven’t helped at all. Just ignored us.

I would have given a 5, but the Delivery Service was a little bit over the place,considering I paid for express delivery,When the items I ordered did arrive, everything was exactly what I wanted,no problem with Bestway store, so well done.

Quick delivery, very good product, only thing is I seen a colour changing fountain that I thought was coming with the product but never, I’ve looked on Bestway site to try and purchase, it afterwards and can’t find it anywhere.

Am have trouble with filter & heater. These have happened since I tried to install heater pump. A pal of mine that does big pools on IOw installed water pump that came with a above ground package including circularly.
10 ft above ground pool. I then ordered a heat pump from you. Installed properly by same above. Hes obviously followed instructions been doing pools, for years, big ones not my little pool. Am awaiting a delivery of new filters from Amazon. Through you. As when I rang you I was told out of stock, I no it's been exceptional weather. But I am a bit peed off. Only had pool + filter pump for about 2 months. Then I ordered a heat pump through you, & it's never worked.i need this for therapy for my back & arthritis. I have done what I can ie vent, circularly pump etc. I know somet8itcan definitely be filter. But am still awaiting delivery from Amazon. They use Arvi rubbish. Am in pain & blomin fed-up. Regards. Very poor customer service, delivery arrived damaged, no action has been taken as of yet.

Did not receive the item I ordered as it was lost in transit, the staff however were very helpful and quick to respond with possible solutions.

Rubbish - after trying for over and hour nk
Ot understanding why i couldn't get it to work only to find the seal was broken at the bottom so wasnt creating a suction. Awful customer service standard 7-10 day response time and thats after requesting more photos!

We ordered some chlorine tablets that we never received. Evri lost them and we are waiting for Bestway to get back in touch about replacing them . Will see how good their customer service is .

Nightmare Customer Service & Endless Hoops
​Endless Bureaucracy: Getting Bestway to honor their warranty is a battle. They make you jump through ridiculous hoops—submitting endless forms, serial numbers, photos, and videos—seemingly to make the process as painful as possible so you give up.
​Slow, Automated Responses: Communicating with support feels like talking to a brick wall. Responses are robotic, slow, and show zero urgency or care for the customer once they have your money.

Failed Deliveries & Wrong Parts Sent
​Multiple Failed Deliveries: After waiting ages just to get a warranty claim approved, we were hit with multiple failed delivery attempts.
​Sent the Wrong Item: When a package finally arrived, they delivered the completely wrong replacement part.

​Made to Wait All Over Again: Rather than fixing their mistake quickly, we were pushed back to square one and forced to wait all over again, leaving an empty, unusable tub taking up space in the garden for weeks.

We eventually requested a refund which initially declined but they violated all consumer rights so had to, that also didn't come without its admin tasks of photos and logistics etc.

I reported them to Trading Standards and its clear why they aren't registered with the ombudsman.

​Final Verdict
​A company is only as good as its customer support, and Bestway fails spectacularly on every front. From faulty build quality to incompetent delivery logistics, this has been a terrible experience.

Quick delivery. Products are easy to use and work brilliantly.

I m trying to return a product and is very difficult.

Was sent faulty product- I’ve emailed possibly 8 times and no ones has got back to me. I’ve managed to find a way to return the faulty product(LED waterfall) and sent tracked post-have confirmation that bestway have received it and no refund has been made! I’ve emailed again with copious amounts of photos to prove tracking and receipt and still no answer from the company. Very very very poor service. I do not recommend this company.
