Company was fine ,using a substandard delivery company will hurt your reputation.

So far the experience has been very good dealing with bestway. There was some confusion by the courier, but this was sorted out immediately by bestway. The package did sustain some damage but again it had been packed so well by bestway that so far we have found no damage to any parts. Due to a hosepipe ban we are unable to proceed with the installation of the pool.

Returned product as husband had already brought and still no refund and no reply to my emails regarding my refund

Paid £24.99 for next day delivery so it should have been delivered on the Friday, it was not out for delivery on the Friday. After speaking with them they couldn’t understand why it hadn’t been despatched, to be told I should expect a delivery on the Monday, Well that didn’t happen either, so I requested a refund. 2 weeks on, I’m still awaiting the refund to be processed!!! Numerous phone calls where they have lied, iv just had an advisor saying he only just put the refund to the refund department today after telling me for over a week he had already done so! Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I do not recommend at all!!!

Your Customer Service is terrible, your delivery is terrible, the pool is good. You need to look at upping your CS a 7 day response is not good enough when you are over a week late with delivery.

Not had the item. Very disappointed. Ordered 25th June and now 16th July.

Quick delivery. Fab pool, easy to erect - intend to leave up all year so hope it lasts for a few summers to come.

The pool was delivered within the time frame and seems very sturdy and well made. The pump could be better but Will have to upgrade later as everything is out of stock at the moment

They did not refund me for my return. Even thou I had proof of return details.

Wait over 2 weeks customer services to get back to me, and they said it wasn’t covered under their warranty!! It arrived with the holes in we didn’t cut them out as they were a diamond shape

Shocking customer service and response times. Reported a faulty filter over 2 weeks ago and still not resolved. Just when we need it!

Delivery was very long from point of order. You can get next day if you order with Amazon but ordering direct was triple the delivery delivery time

Having bought a brand new mauritius spa last summer and used for 3 months,packed away for winter and put out for 1 month this summer the heat shield inflatable lid has failed,they have serious manufacturing issus,the over engjneered lid with ribs splits at each end,their are videos on youtube to show you the defect in manufacturing and the problems that arise with the lid,would you really want to pay £800 for a product that fails after a few months
Do your reaserch before buyjng a lay z spa tub

I ordered a 10ft pool and it came without one of the vertical poles. The pool in itself is otherwise great but I’ve had no joy in trying the various channels to organise the missing part to be delivered…..being held in phone queues, attempting to get a replacement through the website, finally speaking to someone on the phone and getting a case set up, being asked to submit photos then complete radio silence. Half the summer is gone and it would be really great if someone bestway could get in touch to organise the part to be delivered.

Good quality just a shame filter wasn't quicker as have to keep cleaning it as stops working but pool can't fault it's very good quality

It is robust, is a decent height. Copes Ok with slightly sloping gradient. Great for the weather
