Managed to get the last pool cover for my Bestway 10ft pool. Item itself was fine, price was reasonable. Item packaging was very poor - slightly ripped and really dirty. Arrived very quickly.

Pool arrived quicker than expected, beating the hosepipe ban!
Could do with a better filter pump.

Delivery was quick. Arrived before I expected it. Bought for next year as in sale and now have 2nd grandchild that will be big enough to use next year.

Terrible customer service faulty filter pump sent with Pool in June still hasn’t been resolved

The delivery was just left on my driveway for a £1800 pool which I couldn’t move because of the weight of it and I was on my own
Also, the instructions for the pool were not very clear. It was very difficult to put up and the video that is linked to it. I believe is American and didn’t even have the same components at times.
All that being said the pool is amazing and it has been really enjoyed

Replying to Bestway, we did contact you on the 15th July ‘26 even though our pool, pump and filter are still under warranty, (we only bought the pool on the 25th May ‘26) Bestway refused to rectify our situation! Leaving our 10 year old daughter with no pool to play in. Bestway are ok until you get a problem then they won’t help.

Ordered my first paddle board it had everything I needed very good service from start to finish delivery excellent.

Never had such bad customer service in my life I purchased a bestwsy pool from amazon about 6 weeks ago including filter pump within 2 days the pump packed up contacted bestwsy via telephone and email told me they wanted pictures of the pump connected into the pool goung to electric socket because the pump was plugged into an extension lead there saying I need to get an outside electric socket fixed which is rubbish lots of people use extension lead and doesn't ha e a problem been trying now for 4 werks still keep insisting I need an outside electric socket not 1 person will help ke they are saying because im used extension lead doesn't cover warranty doesn't matter whether you have and extension lead or a plug socket ots still the same appalling customer service woukd recommend people buy elsewhere in future as um not the first person this had happened too other customers had same issue

This is a really great product, super swimming pool, very cleverly designed and has been admired by all who swim in it. It was delivered carefully and promptly.

HOWEVER only four stars as the instructions are terrible, not only for pool erection but also for putting the filter system pump and pipes together. We had to make several attempts and only managed thanks to various people uploading their own instructions on you tube.
It is reasonably simple to erect but certainly not as simple as shown in your video!! One needs four strong people to do it, not a fingernail painted female and one man!!
Also the pump electric lead is far too short, in order for it to safely reach a power point it needs to be far longer. I have had to dig a trench in the ground in order to insert armoured cable safely underground from an outbuilding across the lawn to the pool pump. I feel you should make sure prospective buyers understand exactly what they need to do when purchasing an all weather pool!!

As I say, it is the most fabulous pool with all who have seen and swum in it, being incredibly impressed and many others I know now wanting to acquire one. We are so enjoying it and it’s easy to maintain.

PLEASE issue proper instructions for both pool erection AND piecing together the different types of filter system.
PLEASE extend the electric lead from pump and ensure buyers realise how to install safely and properly.

Used our pool twice and already has a puncture which we cannot locate so will have to be taken to the tip. We used it very carefully so this is disappointing. Impossible to locate the puncture. What a waste of money and resources.

Awful company to deal with. I ordered a pool costing around £3,000, and when it arrived, it wasn’t even properly secured to the pallet. The pool weighs approximately 300kg, yet they sent a one-man delivery. It fell off the pallet during delivery and was damaged. We also have photographic/video evidence of the delivery driver dropping it, so there is no dispute as to how at least some of the damage occurred.

When I opened the packaging to start setting it up, I took out two of the legs and immediately noticed they were scratched and looked as though they had already been used. On top of that, the metal pool itself had been damaged during delivery.

I contacted the company to arrange a return, but the customer service has been horrendous. They regularly take days to respond. Eventually, they arranged a collection date and told me someone would be in touch to confirm it. Nobody contacted me and nobody turned up.

Thankfully, because of the value of the purchase, I paid by credit card specifically for the additional protection. After getting nowhere with the company, I had no option but to raise a chargeback through my credit card provider.

The pool is still sitting at my property waiting for them to collect it.

For a product costing around £3,000, the way it was delivered, the condition it arrived in and the complete lack of effective customer service afterwards have been completely unacceptable.
