This is the second time I’ve used Alex and the team at BCF and once again they’ve exceeded my expectations!

I dealt with Alex Young at BestCarFinder, and within 3 or 4 days we had my new Mercedes ordered. It was quick, simple and easy, plus Alex was fantastic to deal with.

First class service from Shanelle Alfred, kept me up to date with regular updates re new car throughout the order. Will definitely use her again in the future.

Great service, quick and easy!

This was the first time I have looked at getting a lease car so was not sure of the process but it was pretty simple.....initially. I ordered the car in September 2021 with an estimated delivery date of November/December 2021. A few weeks later I was advised that they had changed to a new funder and my monthly cost would go down by approx. £6 - not a lot but good news! In December I was told the car was now not going to be delivered until March but I was aware that delays were industry wide so, although disappointing, I accepted it. March came and went and we were then told April, then May and then June. At this point Best Car Finder said they would look at what other vehicles they had with immediate delivery within my price range - the best they could offer was over £110 a month more so obviously I said no and said I would wait - I was already aware that the car I was waiting for was now more than £60 per month more than the deal I was getting so thought better to just wait it out. About a month before we were due to get the car Best Car Finder rang to say that the monthly cost was going to be increased by over £60 - I was understandably not happy with this and challenged it. After much tooing and froing it turns out that if they had not changed the funder previously then I would not be being charged this increased amount and eventually they agreed that they would re-open my previous finance agreement and my monthly cost would only increase back to what it was at the beginning, ie. £6 more. Although I got the outcome I was looking for, I did wonder how many other people this has happened to and they have just agreed to pay the increased amount because they thought they had no option! So I eventually got the car and love it, but would I go down this route again? Probably, as I think without the current climate of covid, Brexit, war in the Ukrain etc. some of my experiences would probably not have happened, but it will certainly make me look into it in more detail and ask more questions before I commit - and I need to see how everything pans out at the end of the agreement too!

I have recently ordered a car and I am very pleased with the process from start to finish. Kevin was very prompt in responding to me, communicated everything very well and completed my order very quickly and very easily. He provided me with different options that helped me to choose the best deal to suit me. I didn’t feel pressured like I have experienced with some companies and I am very happy with my deal. Thanks!

Just want to say a big thank you to Alex for keeping us so well informed with the progress of our car (which arrived yesterday). He gave us regular updates on the progress of the order and we were never left in the dark wondering what was happing (unlike my daughter who ordered her car from a different company!). The ordering process was very easy and Alex always responded to emails and calls very promptly, all in all it was a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. Alex is really professional and a pleasure to deal with, when this car goes back in 3 years time we'll definitely be getting him to source the next one. :-)
