I want to leave a review for Natalia Heymer-Legg, our Estate Coordinator, because she absolutely deserves the recognition. She keeps me consistently updated without ever needing to be chased, and always follows through on what she says she’ll do. That level of reliability is rare, and appreciated.
Natalia is organised, proactive and completely on the ball. If I send something over, I know it’s being picked up and dealt with. If something needs actioning, it's dealt with.
She’s approachable, professional and genuinely efficient, which makes everything feel smooth and straightforward. It’s such a reassurance knowing she’s across things and keeping everything moving behind the scenes. She is fantastic, a real asset.

Adrian came to check the fire safety of our door today and was incredibly polite throughout. He checked everything carefully and was more than happy to answer any questions I had as openly and honestly at possible. WOW I was at Hillmount today
WOW I was at Hillmount today. What a transformation with the cleaning! I'm more than impressed. Clearly the cleaners understand that a small difference has a big impact. They sure used a cloth and some lovely scented cleaning product to clean and vacuum. The end result is amazing. Thank you so much Emma.

JFM / Parr Court
JFM have been managing the Parr Court Estate for the last 4 months. Without hesitation I can state they are a vast improvement on the last company we used. Our JFM Property Manager is Jake Marshall and he has been a godsend. Jake is 100% committed to getting the job done, and to getting it done right. He is proactive and diligent and I am very impressed with his work thus far. Appointing JFM/Jake Marshall to manage our estate was a wise decision.
