My 20 year old daughter chipped her front tooth, she was very upset.

I will share a little background to my dental history. Apart from the usual check up's I had at school I went to the dentist for the first time when I was 17. That first visit put me off visiting the dentist again for 36 years! I had six fillings all done on the same day and the dentist did not give the anaesthetic time to work, so I was left in excruciating pain and vowed never to go back. After 36 years I went to a dentist through work to have a temporary filling done, and again the dentist was rough and did not give the anaesthetic sufficient time to work. After 7 years the temporary filling fell out, as I was too afraid to go back to get a permanent filling, I was forced to find another dentist. I researched for 8 weeks by looking at reviews and videos online and thank God I found Dr Lydia at Bespoke. She promised me that my treatment would be pain free, of course because of my previous dental history I was nervous, but I need not have been. True to her word I can honestly say that the treatment was entirely pain free and I almost fell asleep that is how relaxed she made me feel. I actually cried because it was the first time since I was 17 that I did not feel any pain. Whether or not you are a nervous person you will be in safe hands at Bespoke. All the staff are lovely, and make you feel welcome. Thank you for reading my review and apologies for the length, but I wanted to explain the reason for my fear of the dentist, which I am happy to say I don't have anymore, so much so that I was looking forward to my next visit.

I went in just for upper veneers and loved them so much I went straight back to get the lowers done (tip: just do them both at the same time - you won’t regret it!). The care the team takes in delivering your ideal smile is evident. Dr Sam is meticulous in ensuring your smile is natural and suiting your features.

Anna and the team are so helpful with explaining, scheduling and guiding you through the process. I had some conflicts come up and Anna worked tirelessly to accommodate me even though they are booked well in advance.

If you are not prepared to open your wallet and choose the most expensive treatment, forget it. They waste your precious time to make you go for a quick check. Once they find out you will not be spending much money with them, they do not even bother to provide you with a budget for the treatment you need.
