Friendly informative nothing to much trouble and successful for me

Extremely helpful and they guided me through the whole process. Every contact with me was friendly and very supportive and professional. I would highly recommend this company. Very open and honest.

In short, I have a disabled son, but trying to claim DLA for a child is a nightmare. Refused three times so far. Apparently, he is not disabled enough, even though he was born with a lifelong disease!
Moving on. I suffered some heart issues and other medical issues. Allowance Assist handled everything for me; they were courteous and professional in their approach from start to finish, but most importantly, they were successful with my claim. For the cost, it's a 'no brainer'

I can not thank or praise the team highly enough, absolutely outstanding from the first phone call, All the forms etc completed for me and regular phone calls, to keep me updated and ask after me. I have been awarded the higher rate all thanks to the team, I certainly could not have done it without them. Highly recommend them to anyone seeking attendance allowance. From the initial phone call and the call to fill in the multiple forms everything was very smooth and worry free,i had many follow up calls from them of reassurance, this was a very simple process and a huge help which has resulted in a payment,,

Beware of this company!I paid a £50 deposit,I then cancelled on the same day,and they will not refund the money. Thank you for your reply,this will now make people aware,that the £50 deposit will not be refunded,if the client decides to cancel the agreement,within the 14 day cooling off period.I did try to speak directly about the,cooling off period,but was unfortunately just left on hold.Hence my review.

5 stars to Allowance Assist and their very professional, polite, supportive and attentive staff. I was very apprehensive when I decided to apply for Attendance Allowance, not knowing where to start. They took the strain away from me, advising and filling in the necessary forms and applying for me. Within the seven weeks I had to wait for a decision to be made l was contacted by someone from their team on a weekly basis which was very reassuring to me. I've now received my first payment and can't thank Allowance Assist enough for their brilliant work on my behalf and again away them 5 stars.

I was really apprehensive about applying for the attendance allowance but allowance assist put me completely at ease, very supportive in completing the claim, kept me up to date all through the process and contacted DWP when a few weeks had elapsed. The process of filling the application form out which they do based on questions they ask you is perfect, it's over 30 pages long and would have taken me forever, within eight weeks of contacting them I have now received a payment!!, they are just so good

My wife and I would like to thank allowance assist for a friendly and professional experience from start to finish, I watched an advert on facebook advertising how easy and hassle free it would be to put our faith with allowance assist to take control of form filling after an easy consultation questionnaire with one of allowance assist colleagues which lasted no longer than 45 minutes, my wife and I decided we had nothing to lose as had tried to apply for a number of claims without success, a member of staff kept in touch on a weekly basis for updates and even chased up when they thought we should have heard from DWP AA within 4 - 5 weeks, to our amazement my wife recieved a cash payment in her bank account 5 weeks after sending completed forms to DWP proving an accepted claim, I contacted allowance assist immediately relaying our joy to a lovely lady named Chloe and she confirmed my wife had been awarded the higher rate of attendance allowance! We would like to thank Chloe and all the lovely staff of allowance assist for a very friendly and professional service from start to finish at a very reasonable price.

I only found out about Allowance Assist by chance but I am so very glad I did find them. From start to finish the customer service has been first class. I received regular phone calls to see how my health was and how I was doing generally. The help I received with the application process( which is very detailed ) was exemplary. Everyone I dealt with at Allowance Assist was friendly and courteous to a degree and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! Having been turned down for Attendance Allowance once previously it was pure joy to deal with an organisation that was both very good at what they did and were also a very caring organisation. I cannot thank them enough.
