We were served by Charles at the Waterlooville store. He was friendly, helpful and efficient and was able to show us lots of examples of bed bases, mattresses and headboards from the extensive showroom. He was very attentive but without pressure and we were happy to make a purchase

Caitlin was very knowledgeable and after finding out about our requirements she made some suggestions as to which beds might be most suitable. We didn't feel under any pressure which was a pleasure. She was extremely pleasant and gave us all the time and attention we needed.

Very helpful and knowledgeable manager who showed us the choice of mattresses to meet our needs and answered all our questions. He made it a very pleasant and easy experience to buy our replacement mattress without being pushy. Would definitely go there again. This was in contrast to Dreams, which we visited a while ago and where the assistants were completely idle and disinterested.

The staff were very welcoming and the sales staff member that dealt with us was very informative about the full range of beds available. We were given plenty of time to look around and the rep was readily available to answer any questions. When we had made our minds up he gave us a full rundown regarding the workings of the lift up divan we had chosen and details regarding delivery, assembly and removal costs. After our experience we were more than happy to go ahead with our purchase. I would like to thank all of the staff involved for the service we received from start to finish.

We walked into the Waterlooville branch to be greeted by the sales representative Rachel, she was not pushy, asked our son his type of sleeping position and we were off, she showed us a variety of bases and mattresses, she was extremely knowledgeable about the fillings and support they would provide, then said she would leave us to it but any further questions she would be happy to help. As the pitch was engaging, knowledgeable but not pressured we were given the opportunity to decide what base and mattress we were buying. There was a black Friday deal which helped but also offered interest free credit. Great service with the purchase too.
