From in store service where our needs were listened to and met to delivery where we were kept informed and times adhered to.. excellent service all round

Very helpfully and knowledgeable staff. Good selyof different mattresses to try. Staff member listened to what our preferences were and made suggestions to try. Great service in Waterlooville store.

We found Benson for beds very helpful especially the salesman Andrew he explained everything we asked about the beds he had a very nice personality and wasn't pushy we did buy a bed there and we are very happy with it definitely go back

Decided to update our old mattress as we're both experiencing back ache and the old onwas over 13 years old. We spent more than intended on a proper authapedic/NHS approved mattress although we did get a fair discount. Our experience in the shop was very good as we were shown various options based on what we wanted. It was delivered as arranged and the old one taken away for ease. The guys delivering we're very good rang beforehand to give an eta and were very good at manoeuvring the large super king mattress to the bedroom. We are getting used to the change but definitely getting a better night's sleep.

From the first visit to the showroom, followed by a couple more visits and then order being placed, all the way to delivery, this was a great experience. Happy friendly staff and very clear information about delivery and after care. Well done Benson's for Beds.

Very helpful staff explained different types of mattresses. Ordering was straightforward and excellent delivery service, I appreciated the call to confirm time of delivery. Delivery men were very helpful explained how to care for my new mattress and took away all the packaging. I would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds.

Given a shorter time slot for the delivery the day before, and it did arrive during the 2 hours. The men were polite and cheerful, and bed delivered with no hassle. However, after they left I realised that the bed was still in it's packaging. Whilst we know we were to assemble the bed, I was surprised to see it still wrapped - since found out that we needed to pay extra for that privilege!!

From the original phone call ( I couldn't attend the show room) to recycling my old mattress the whole experience was amazing. Éveryone was so helpful understanding professional and caring, I felt listened to and valued as a customer. And the mattress is brilliant too. Well done and thank you.
