Bensons For Beds - Solihull Omdömen

After reading some of the reviews regarding customer service I was a little unsure how the delivery would go. I could not praise the experience enough! The delivery came on time and within the allocated slot. When the delivery men turned up they were extremely helpful and quick! We were able to help them move the mattresses however if this is something you are unable to do they were more than willing to offer options to assist. Our bed frame was boxed and a little tricky to get up the stairs. They offered to unpack it and carry it up the stairs. As we had no problem doing this ourselves we said we can sort it. We paid extra for them to take the old mattresses away which they had on the back of the van in no time!

We went to the store 3 times before we were sure of which bed we wanted. Each time we went Freddie was brilliant. Despite being new he was knowledgeable and very patient. He didn't rush us for the sale and was helpful and polite each time. We ended up buying a bed from here even though it was more expensive than Dreams purely because the customer service was considerably better than Dreams

Great service from start to finish when placing the order, sorting out payments etc...

Gillian from the solihull store was extremely helpful.

Delivery guys were great and arrived on time and had bed assembled quickly and efficiently.

Saff were very helpful. The mattress was just what we need and delivered on time.

The experience inside the store was relaxed and we felt no pressure from members of staff. We were given pillows to select that suited our preferences and allowed to try many beds in store - nobody followed us around and we could freely make choices without pressure/upselling.

The product arrived within 2 weeks of purchase, it was delivered on the HOTTEST day of the year for the UK and the delivery men did a grand job - they remained professional and still helped us to carry everything to our 2nd floor apartment. They were polite and respectful of our home as well as keeping us entertained with a few jokes.

The bed is very comfortable and perfect for us. It is a firm back care mattress however, it still feels soft to lay on and I’ve had much better sleep since it arrived!

Friendly, well informed staff at Solihull branch - no pressure selling. Pros and cons on each choice clearly described. Careful delivery and assembly excellent (despite the heatwave!) with all packaging removed. Would highly recommend.
PS. Slept like a baby for the first time in months!

Reliable service

I think you guys have perfected the mattress buying experience and end-to-end, showroom to website to delivery was excellent. Really pleased with every aspect of our purchase, thanks Gillian from the Solihull branch.

Staff very helpful. Product exactly as described

I sent comments three days ago.
Absolutely delighted with the bed-head and very professional guidance in the store while choosing.

The lady at my local store in Shirley Solihull was very helpful. My daughter was also making a purchase at the same time and she helped us both. The delivery men arrived on time, put my new bed together and took away the old one. It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely shop with them again.

Brilliant service. I was kept informed through and the delivery men were excellent.

Simply excellent. Less is more.

Excellent staff products and service by delivery team

Fantastic experience from start to finish.
Sales assistant was more than helpful when purchasing my bed. Very professional and understood exactly what i was looking for.
Delivery was great, delivered on time and the process was amazing.
Such a brilliant company to deal with.
Thank you.

Firstly what a lovely shop to go into. Bright, clean and well laid out. You get a lovely greeting and explanation. You are informed that if you need any help just ask and then you are left in peace to try out the beds and take your time. There is nothing worse than going into a shop and being pounced on or having someone follow you around and hover. This makes me uncomfortable and I end up leaving.
This is the most enjoyable experience of shopping for a bed that I have had. When I had questions then the friendly staff answered them and I made my purchase. Would highly recommend.

Its been more then month still struggling for order delivery.

Do not buy this mattress as you wouldn't desire to get out of bed!!!
This mattress was the best buy. It is extremely comfortable and feels like you are sleeping on air.
Bensons services and delivery was great. They drliver, set up new nattress, clear all rubbish and took away the old one.

If you’re planning to buy early then don’t buy it from them as they have more than 2 weeks waiting always.
