Bensons For Beds - Mansfield501 Omdömen

Jordan was great. Very attentive and efficient. Super happy with the service

The young guy who served me, he was impeccable, he had long dark hair. He did his very best to get me the best deal as i was on a limited budget, as i am a pensioner, I could not afford assembly, I'm sure I can find someone to do this, or I will try myself. Many thanks, I'm sorry I had forgotten his name.

From the friendly and helpful but expert advice from the sales person, Gail was brilliant.
Then the updates when then delivery was arranged.
The two chaps who made the delivery were the best ever. They told us that we had bought one of the best mattresses. Having worked in sales ourselves, we told them that they were a great asset to the company. It was also the hottest day of the year to date.
Our experience was brilliant.
Thanks to you all

It seems like a recurring trend with this company after reading a few reviews prior to writing this one. I have bought a mattress and bed from them in the past with no issues hence I decided to go back a second time. I paid fully for a mattress, pillows etc and the 20% cancellation was never explained to me.

Am a service man and sometimes I deploy for months or last minute postings abroad which comes with very little notice. I tried to cancel my order since I received new deployment orders 7 days after the purchase and I was told I need to pay £522 and apparently it's company policy which was never explained when I made the purchase. 7 days seems like a very odd time hence why they go the extra mile not to tell customers when they purchase.

They offered to keep the mattress for as long as I wish but I don't know how long I'll be gone for , could be well over a year and there is no way I'll let them keep my money for that long without the product.

Please avoid this company, that is a very nasty sales tactic and it feels like a cash grab !! I will never buy anything from them ever again even if the items are reduced to zero !!!

Edit: they seem to have responded with " we will make sure this doesn't happen next time"... That doesn't remedy my situation you thieves !!!

Great in store experience. Great delivery service.
Excellent quality bed.

Customer service from start to finish was fantastic and the delivery team were quick, efficient and courteous. Great service all round.

Excellent service in store and delivery

Attentive staff member who helped us and made buying the bed quick and easy! Thank you!

Gail at the Mansfield branch was fantastic, she had wonderful knowledge as well as being friendly and approachable. She was wonderful and understanding with our 2 young children, which allowed us to properly look at mattresses.
We are very pleased with our purchases and the customer service.

Very helpful member of staff (Sarah) who explained all the pros and cons of your range.

We knew what we wanted and the staff understood our needs. They explained everything easily and the delivery was arranged. We kept informed from start to finish. Bed was delivered as arranged and fitted together. One remote didn't work but this ws quickly resolved and we are very happy with service received. Thanks

The sales assistant was wonderful going through the process of purchasing a new mattress, which hopefully gave us the correct comfort.
However I do not like filling in any survey until I have the product which I have paid for in my property and used it.

Very helpful very polite couldn't do enough for us.delivery spot on 2 polite men ladies in shop very pleasant.

Brought a bed in full in cash in feb was told could postpone it for 6 months while we wait for a date to move in to our new home, we get the date to move in amd a few days before they ring to say it’s discontinued! So we are in a new house with a bed with a 4 week old baby, it took over a week to get our money back, do not use this company they have no respect or for customers! Shop local

Everything from start to finnish was brilliant Emma who dealt with us was very helpful and definitely new her job we got a great deal on a double bed left feeling 100% satisfied

Gail was great with us. I only went in with my daughter to look at beds and did end up buying one myself. Lots of patience and explained everything to us.

Fabulous service. Bed is amazing.

Went looking for a new mattress, following constant back pain. Your sales assistant Emma was a delight, wasn't pushy. Allowed us time to look, was polite, knowledgeable and made us feel relaxed. Unlike our previous experience at a competitor. Would definitely shot there again, all in all a very pleasant experience. Thank you

Arrived earlier than expected - great!
Lovely guys who installed my new bed, very professional and friendly.
