We visited the store looking for a…
We visited the store looking for a single bed and found one we really liked, so we decided to go ahead with the purchase. The lady who assisted us was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the process. She was the only reason we felt comfortable completing the purchase.
Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were not welcoming at all. We wanted to view the bed from all sides, but when we asked for assistance, we were simply told to “turn on the lights,” and no one was willing to help move the bed so we could inspect it properly. Their customer service and attitude were very disappointing, with rude and uncooperative body language that made us feel unwelcome.
As we urgently needed the single bed, we had no other option but to proceed with the purchase. Otherwise, we would not have bought the bed or recommended this branch to anyone. Apart from the lady who served us, the overall customer service experience was extremely poor.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent visit to our store. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointing experience you described. You should have been offered full assistance when viewing the bed, including help inspecting it properly from all angles. We truly regret that you felt pressured to proceed with the purchase due to urgency rather than confidence in the service provided. Your feedback is extremely important to us and will be shared with the store management team so this behaviour can be addressed and further training provided.
Thank you for your feedback

I had an outstanding experience at Benson’s Luton branch, especially thanks to Stephen, the customer service manager. When I visited the first time, he was incredibly professional and truly customer-centric, guiding me to make the best decision on my first bed purchase and i love my bed. Because of that, I returned on Friday, May 8th, and once again, he exceeded my expectations, i bought another bed and mattress. Stephen is a gem—so knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend Benson’s, and if you visit, ask for Stephen—he’s amazing

Overall it was good
Overall it was good. We were disappointed that our first choice of 2 single divan beds wouldn't go up the stairs, so we had to send the divans back and wait another 4 weeks for 2 wooden frame bases.
