Llanelli branch assistant was very helpful and efficient. The texts regarding delivery are very helpful.

The salesman was good and actually listened to what we were after and did not try the sales banter which we hate..

Great service quick delivery, very helpful when I changed my order, was no trouble to them.

The salesman (Ian) helped and advised us throughout. He gave us information we needed to make our choice of which bed was right for us without us feeling under pressure. The finance was straightforward. Overall a satisfying experience.

John was friendly and greeted us as soon as we looked at some beds. We had a brand in mind and he explained the difference and then gave guidance as to best ways to check the beds and best ways to see if they met our needs. He then gave us our space to decide and discuss our needs. He then gave additional support for prices for bed heads and bases. Really helpful and informative and made it an informed choice for us

The shop in Trostre, Llanelli is to be given credit for an excellent service especially from Cameron who has been more than helpful from the very start. However, Benson for Beds’ after service has, to date, been appalling. We have spent well over £3000 for a new bed, that was cracked on one side when it was delivered. We are now expected to wait over a month for a replacement and to dismantle the original one before collection.

Manager Ian was helpful and knowledgeable.

As my wife and I are in our eighties we were a bit apprehensive and nervous in buying a new bed but the salesman ( John, at the Pemberton, Llanelli store ) immediately reassured us. He explained the virtues and qualities of each bed and made our purchase a pleasant experience. John went way and beyond his remit he not only sold us a new bed explained all details, such as delivery times etc.but he also sold us the policies and values of Benson for Beds. We will certainly recommend your company to everyone. We now cannot wait for our new bed to be delivered. Diolch yn fair.

My excellent salesman was informative and helpful without being pushy. The delivery date was by far the best compared to similar outlets.

Looking for a complete bed (base and headboard as one) for my elderly Mum and had seen some we liked on the website so went into the store. Looked around and was then approached by a male staff member saying that we could choose any head board to go with a bed base. I explained that my Mum, who was with me, was looking for a complete bed and he said that they didn’t do any of those and only has bases and headboards separately. I spoke with my Mum and referenced the style that I had which was all together rather than having to chose separately. At that point the staff member asked where I had got that bed from and said well maybe we should go there and see what they have (Dreams). We were both quite shocked at that as we knew that Bensons did sell what she was looking for and it made us feel very unwelcome. My Mum is 80 and wanted something straightforward, I commented that the headboards seemed quite expensive (we’d seen the Celia and Lupin beds online which were more reasonable) and the staff member said ‘well they’re premium headboards so that’s probably why’. This was said in a very condescending manner with a fake smile.

We went in the store to buy a bed and despite being the only customers in the store we were treated very shabbily. I am glad my Mum wasn’t on her own. On the way out the store we saw a grey bed (the Penelope maybe) that was exactly what we were looking for but we both said we wouldn’t buy anything in Bensons due to the awful customer service.
We did then go to Dreams and received exceptional customer service and ordered a lovely bed and mattress so I would definitely go there instead of Bensons!

Good products with knowledgeable staff and no pressure sales. Products benefits were described with the best for your particular requirements highlighted (not the most expensive on sale).

Very friendly, informative and helpful. Not too pushy but just got on with the presentation. Absolutely love the mattress.

At the Llanelli the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. There was a good selection of different mattresses and names I knew.

The only thing I would say is the shop needs it's name at pedestrian eye level.
