Big display area and great choice of mattresses. I had seen two mattresses online that i was interested in so went to my nearest store to look at and try as i would not buy without first seeing if they sorted my needs. The sales lady Ruby found these, and after i had 'tested' and we had discused i made my decision. I also purchased the bodyguard option after Ruby explained the benefits. I now eagerly await delivery of my mattress.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Bensons for Beds. I ordered a bed for my 86-year-old mum, specifically requesting a low bed base due to her mobility issues. Unfortunately, the bed delivered was much too high, making it unsafe for her to use.

My mum was in the store testing beds, and the salesperson saw firsthand how difficult the high beds were for her. Despite this, the wrong bed was delivered. When I contacted the store manager and customer services, they were unhelpful and dismissive, repeatedly implying that I was mistaken. Instead of addressing the problem, they passed me around between departments, wasting my time and causing immense frustration. To make matters worse, the salesperson who assisted me initially was only helping out in that store, and I was told to find this salesperson and speak to them directly to resolve the issue, which was utterly impractical.

Adding to the poor experience, the delivery team broke the bathroom door handle while delivering the bed. We are not bed experts; we rely on the store to meet our specific requirements and needs, especially for someone with mobility issues. Despite explaining the urgency and potential hazard, I was forced to pay extra for a replacement low bed base. This experience has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. I expected better customer care and responsiveness, especially given the circumstances. I will not be recommending Bensons for Beds to anyone in the future. Quick to take your money but not willing to help

My wife and I went to pick a bed from the Keighley store and was assisted by Ibrahim who from the offset told us to take as much time as we needed to choose the right bed. He explained how all the different beds worked and his product knowledge was clearly impressive..the cost of the beds was never discussed from cheap to most expensive he wanted us to get the right one for us...Ibrahim also went through pillow choices time passed by and we selected a bed happened to be the most expensive and left with 2 new pillows! The invoice was well explained and delivery etc all in all a great service from a professional salesman and assistant manager.

We bought a Double Hattie bed frame for our Daughter. The bed arrived and was assembled quickly. The quality of this bed is absolutely amazing and I would definitely recommend this bed and Bensons for Beds to others.

Our assistant Hadiqa ( keighley store) was fab fab fab. Very informative, not pushy at all, and left you alone to browse and test out, and was on hand to answer any questions., without being a pain & pushy( which I can’t stand. I usually just walk out, but hadiqa was a joy, and I’d definitely recommend her to my friends and family. Thanks

Our delivery is coming in 4 weeks so hoping the delivery process, will be as easy going as the ordering, and the mattress is as comfy as the one in store! 😁 just wish we had chosen the assembly service, as iv slipped a disc today!!

There are a lot of mattresses out there! Choosing one that suited both of us was important and at a price we considered affordable. The sales lady was helpful and pleasant without being pushy - we don't like pushy salespeople, only helpful ones! We were advised on recycling our old mattress, guarantees, and mattress protection which was appreciated.

Ruby was attentive and very helpful in choosing just the right mattress for us.

Purchased a bed/matress today after excellent service by Ruby at the Keighley store! She was really helpful in providing the cost of different alternative beds and mattresses without being at all pushy. Happy to complete the sale once we had agreed the write combination for our needs! Would highly recommend!!

I went to find a mattress for my partner and I in Keighley. The staff were lovely. Hadiqa was so helpful and really lovely to chat to. She helped us with finding the perfect mattress and even managed to give us a deal on the price. Really good customer service. Thank you!

The team at Keighley did a superb job sorting a tempur mates with accessories and even got the bed delivered the same day to Blackburn. Very happy with the mattress so I thought I’d go out my way to leave a 5* review. Thanks guys
