The team at Keighley did a superb job sorting a tempur mates with accessories and even got the bed delivered the same day to Blackburn. Very happy with the mattress so I thought I’d go out my way to leave a 5* review. Thanks guys

I was served by Ibrahim who was friendly and efficient making sure my order was exactly what I wanted.

The choice was ours, no sales pressure, just left to browse around the store. After browsing we then asked the helpful and pleasant staff questions and from the answers we then made our decision.

Bed base was not as high quality as I thought it would be there was bad loose stitching and badly fitted materials it was a very expensive buy I wouldn't expect quality mistakes but I found them without trying it's getting a 3 instead of a 2 only because the sales rep was excellent on purchase day

After a poor experience at a different branch of B4B that led to us cancelling our order it was good to be attended to by a very good member of staff in Keighley B4B. Good staff training and a positive attitude is always a winner.

We bought a new bed at Benson. The sales lady Ruby was really helpful. Will shop there again

An excellent decision to visit this store looking at purchasing a divan bed.
The store is well organised,very easy to look at the various beds on display.
The young lady called HADIQA was excellent,very knowledgeable,helpful,and spent time helping us to make a decision.
This resulted in our purchase being concluded by phone to her yesterday.
We received then order confirmation by e-mail,along with delivery details,collection of existing bed.
We also feel that we have bought an excellent bed at a good price in comparison with other bed companies.
We will contact you on receipt of bed,we are sure we will be happy with our choice.
We would recommend your business to anyone we know who is looking for your products.

Very welcoming, I wasn't pestered, I said what I was looking for and shown different styles and different prices. Left alone to look and not pushed to buy. Went through chosen bed and pricing. Polite staff

I've always been happy with the service in the Keighley store but walked out today. The sales assistant was unhelpful, lacked knowledge and frankly lazy. I needed a low bed for my mother who is disabled. This was too much effort as was walking to the bed we wanted to ask questions about. No other customers were in the store, the sales assistant just couldn't be bothered. We left and purchased the bed from Dreams who despite being busy listened to my requirements and helped me find the right bed.
