We ordered a wardrobe for our front bedroom early July 2025. When they came to fit it on Monday 29th September 2025 it was missing 2 shelves and 2 door runners and a handle as well as having a twisted front panel and big chip out of the top of the drawer. They took the front doors away as we had no where to store them and were told it would be a further 4 to 6 weeks t get the missing and replace the damaged parts. We called customer service and they were very unhelpful almost dismissive. We were promised a call back yet nothing so we call again 3 days later to be told nothing they could do nor were they willing to try. We asked for a manager to be told we would again be called back....nothing from them at all no call no email. High handed dismissive and poor service for a £2000 wardrobe, I wouldn't shop with them again if it was free and I would advise others to avoid and use a reputable company instead that truly cares.
Update.....after 2 more calls we have to wait a further 6 weeks for the parts.....we are at the back of the queue to get the missing parts manufactured and sent. Total lack of customer service and customer satisfaction is none existant.....oh I can have the delivery charge refunded...oh goody well done Bensons! Again avoid at all costs dont spend your money with them they are happy to disappoint and then tell you that is the way it is.

We purchased an ottoman which was delivered promptly. My only quibble is that a “one size fits all” delivery charge seems unreasonable for large but inexpensive articles

We were given plenty of time and help to get the product we wanted. Very helpful staff and like I said, was not rushed at all in making a decision. Quality advice and service.

Salesman (Tom) was very polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. The choice of mattress took some time and he never once made us feel rushed. We did not order on the first visit and there was no "hard sell`' which we found refreshing. Needless to say we returned to complete the order and even bought further items.

Reece and Colin were absolutely brilliant, communication was excellent and so was the service when they arrived. Bed put together, and wardrobe put in the room that I asked them to. Really polite and friendly, left no mess behind either. Thanks guys!

I have had a great experience from start to finish with Benson's.
The in store help was exceptional. Really helpful and honest.
The delivery was seamless for both bed and mattress. Very efficient.The only hiccup was matching the delivery dates for both items on the same day. However it was not for lack of trying on Benson's part.
The new bed is lovely and the mattress extremely comfortable.
I am very pleased and would recommend Bensons to anyone.

We were left waiting for around 15 minutes despite already having spoken to two representatives in store and explaining what we wanted. One of the reps was stood drinking tea which we found highly unprofessional and the other one was just sat at the desk but in fairness he did take a phone call
