A really great team and product.
A great team effort, from assistance in choosing the bed in Gloucester shop, ordering it and then final delivery and assembly. Everyone was professional, helpful and generally just nice people. Bed seems solid and robust and looks great.

Delivery was as described
Delivery was as described, including date, time frame and call to say they were on their way. Only issue was the mattress protector was not delivered at the same time, but nearly a week later by post.

Exceptional service from Alan in the Gloucester store, he was helpful, patient and knowledgeable and put me under no pressure. Delivery was well communicated with excellent tracking and an efficient delivery to my awkward property, both delivery personnel were polite and of course took their shoes off when in the house!
The mattress itself is a game changer and I love my choice. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit and buy from this store again.

Our experience with Besons for beds from start to finish has been absolutely amazing. The team in the Gloucester store were incredibly helpful and kind while ordering our new bed, the delivery and assembly team were fantastic making sure everything was perfect. Unfortunately we had a slight mark on the TV that came with the bed but a quick message to customer services and it was instantly sorted. Would 100% recommend bensons to anyone and would highly recommend visiting a store to order as the customer service was incredible and made the whole thing a breeze

very helpful an patient in making sure we chose the right bed followed by installers being very helpful and proffessional.the only negative is i would not use them again as we got a parking fine as we were in shop too long peele centre gloucester,this is not bensons fault but i would prefer to shop in comfort not rushing because of parking limit.

Issue with the mattress after 10 months use. Resolved very quickly with head office. They agreed to replace and remove the existing mattress with new one. Arrived on the agreed date. Fantastic customer service.
