Great staff in the Team Valley store. Delivery was as planned and on time. The delivery guys were friendly and fast. Old mattress out and new mattress installed all in 5 minutes. Brilliant service.

Steve took us right through the process start to finish explaining all the aspects of finding the perfect bed for our budget. He wasn’t pushy & explained how using all the tools in store would help us find the right bed for us , which we done with his guidance.

My experience with Bensons was fantastic from going to the showroom and selecting my mattress to delivery the company were professional and kept me informed of delivery dates etc.
The crew delivering the mattress were respectful of my home and carried out their job with expertise
I am very happy with the purchase of my mattress which is a quality item should I need another mattress in the future Bensons will be my first port of call

New bed, mattress & headboard
We purchased a new bed, headboard and mattress yesterday for our grandaughters. The service we received in Metro Retail Park Gateshead was second to none. Louise the sales representative was lovely, she was very friendly and efficient she was very knowledgeable and informative about the beds and mattresses. She was helpful without being pushy....which always puts us off. We will make Bensons for Beds our first port of call for any future bed purchases. If we could give 11/10 we would! Thanks again to Louise and Bensons for Beds. 😊

Great experience buying new mattress
Great experience buying new mattress. Assistant called Jan was very knowledgeable and friendly. Talked through offers etc but left us to try different options which was great. Woukd definitely recommend.

Karen was charming and knew the product thoroughly. She answered all my questions fully and was always polite and respectful. The product sold itself, Karen was not pushy, but showed all the capabilities of the product.

My experience at Bensons-for-Beds was excellent 👌👏👍We were served by Andrew. What a wonderful person,very friendly,helpful,knowledgeable about his job.He helped us choose the right bed, mattress and pillows. I'm very grateful for the mattress and pillows inspection as I have a back problem. If is wasn't for his advice we would have chosen the wrong size of drawers at the sides of the bed which would have caused inconvenience in the future.
