Fantastic service by Janice at Bensons…
Fantastic service by Janice at Bensons For Beds (Team Valley) 😁
I went into the team valley store to purchase a mattress and was overwhelmed by at all of options within the store. Janice was so friendly, and gracious with her time. She explained all the different types of mattresses and helped me work out what one would best suit my needs. I was able to go around afterwards and test all them out on my own, not once did I feel pressured to buy. I am very happy with my purchase and can’t wait to receive my mattress 😁
Overall, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Thank you Janice!😁

Buying a new mattress is a daunting…
Buying a new mattress is a daunting business because there are so many variables. After putting it off for too long we visited the store at Team Valley Retail Park. There, Jan welcomed us and showed us the different ranges that might suit our needs. She was helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy and let us try as many mattresses as many times as we liked. We made our final choice and she arranged delivery and collection of the old mattress. A huge relief to get it sorted. We got a great deal without any fuss. Thank you Gateshead team. Looking forward to some good sleeps!
