Lovely staff who were helpful and patient but not pushy. There was no pressure for us to make a decision or to purchase anything, simply a friendly ear if needed. More salespeople should be like this! And yes, we did buy the bed!

They were efficient
They were efficient . Very Friendly and Helpful. Took off their shoes to come in to the flat. We could not fault the delivery but you need to sort out your records. I have already completed the survey and sent it back. Have better things to do than send it twice.

Good experience at Bensons for Beds
We were welcomed into the store and received lots of expert help and advice. There is a huge choice of beds and mattresses but Sam, the lady who looked after us, made it easy to make a decision. Her knowledge of all things beds was invaluable. Would recommend Bensons for Beds.

I dont normally write reviews for shops, because nothing is ever really worth writing about. But Damian was such a lovely and helpful man who was so easy to talk to and made finding a matress very very easy and for the lowest price he could. So thank you!!
