5* knowledge and help from Sarah. Being fussy about pillows has never been a thing for me until now. Age creeping up and stiff necks etc. After a quick discussion about sleeping habits sarah picked out a couple of pillows she thought would match my sleep style. The first one was spot on and the 2nd just as good, i tried all the others but none as good as her suggestions. Fantastic help with good friendly banter. The sales staff were lovely and we left the store very happy with our purchase. Things started to go wrong as the number of texts increased from the delivery teams. I had been led by the store that the base and mattress would arrive on the same day. This led to phone calls and in one instance a rude put the phone down on me. All I had been doing was to explain what the store had told me! The store did resolve this and the bed base arrived on 16 December. Later a neighbour told me that he had seen the delivery van reverse into my property and damaged the base of my brick pillar. A complaint to Peter Chambers the Ops Director of P2P Delivery resulted in a series of emails where he refused to take any responsibility despite there being a witness and the tail gate light of their van would have been broken - shards were found on the ground. This is ongoing as I will now refer my complaint back to Bensons directly as this service reflects badly on them.

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Helped me figure out exactly what I needed without any pressure to purchase. I would be more than happy to purchase from that particular store at any time. You have great staff there.
