Very happy customers
We went to the Fleetwood store looking for a mattress but we didn’t have a clue what type we wanted. The staff were extremely helpful and we ended up walking away with a new mattress and bed frame. Couldn’t fault the service one bit. To top that off we also got a very good discount including a couple of extra freebies with our order. Overall, lovely staff, great prices and would highly recommend.

Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience. So many types and sizes to choose from. If buying more than 1 item you get a really good, worthwhile discount. I was shown around and given lots of information from Kath . She gave me all the pros and cons of each type of Bed, Base and Matteress which greatly helped me make my choices.

Dog friendly bed shopping!
We were able to browse at leisure and when we needed assistance Kath was there to provide expert knowledge of the Tempur mattress and its benefits.
She told us about the payment plan available and we were left to be able to decide with no pressure.
When we returned to follow through our purchase Kath made the whole process seamless.
Best of all we were able to do all of this with our rescue dog in tow. He got lots of fuss and attention from Kath and we will definitely buy from there again.

A little too pushy.....
On our recent visit to our local Bensons for Beds we went looking for & needing a new mattress. A gentleman walked into the store before us and was pounced on by staff which annoyed him and he walked out. Now I do not like to be pounced on like that so told the member of staff to just let us walk around and look and if we need him we would let him know.
We found a mattress we was interested in and the staff member came over and was very knowledgeable about the product and we was happy with the information and we purchased the mattress.
But it doesn't end there! They then try to pressure buy you into mattress protectors, bed care sets & insurance with a story they haven't sold any this week and we have targets. That we did not like, we went in for a mattress we purchased what we wanted we paid in full.
I would not recommend to family & friends as I do not like being pounced on the minute you walk through the door & the pressure sale of extras.
