Really welcoming
Really welcoming in store and Bev took the time to welcome may father, my mother and I. Considering my father has dementia, Bev was extremely patient and made my father feel at ease. He tried the bed machine for mattress firmness and was then recommended. My father commented upon professional and helpful Bev was and wanted me to pass on the positive comments. Many thanks for all of your help.
