Five stars for the staff & service provided:-
As a returning customer we knew what were we’re looking for & explained to the staff what we wanted. We were immediately shown the beds that related to our requirements & the optional choices explained - number & colour of divan & draws.
After choosing the bed purchasing was easy & delivery was arranged pre Christmas with a date to suit us including removal of our old bed.
Great service & friendly staff. We have always returned to this store for our own bed purchases & when assisting elderly relatives due to the friendliness of staff, their expertise & competitive pricing.
Not so many stars for Bensons & the staffs working conditions:-
The only thing I can say which may put some customers off is that the store heating was & has been broken for sometime & as the weather is now getting colder the store is extremely cold as they only have heaters near the staffs payment desk - such a shame that staff have to work in such poor conditions. Bensons please think about your staffs working conditions, they are battling through but should not have to put up with such poor working conditions.

Great Asstant Manager who offered all the options listened to what i wanted and helped to make the decsion that suited me.

I went into a Derby brunch of Benson‘s for beds and I was incredibly happy with the cleanliness of the store the layout of the store and also I didn’t get a jumped on by a sales rep like other competitors stores

No hassle, left to try out all beds till we found one that suited us perfectly, great level of information provided and quick simple purchase. Delivery sorted, delivery drivers were fabulous and did an amazing job getting the mattress up our very tight stairs

I purchased from Bensons last year & find them professional, helpful & very obliging.
I therefore decided to make another purchase recently.
I have also recommended them to friends who have purchased from them.
Overall a great company.

The staff at derby are amazing very help ful

We went into store to talk to a sales advisor about the different mattress that we were advised on and also to try them out.
The guy at the derby store was really helpful and not pushy at all which os lovely ( puts me off when they get pushy).
We went home to discuss it and in the end we purchased it online. They didnt mess about with delivery and was very informative with keeping us up to date with what was happening.
We brought the tempur mattress and its been really good so far only had it for 4 days.

Some of the pillows have ludicrously high prices.

They don't sell bed linen.

£50 to take away old mattress is too much.

The above factors take off one star.

Bed machine that helps with mattress selection is fabulous.

Delivery time is good.

My husband decided it was time for a new bed so without hesitation we went to Bensons to see Jai where the decision to go for the iGel was made as they ate an excellent bed

The lady at Bensons for Beds was very helpful and understood what we were looking for. Delivery on time. The two delivery men were very polite and respectful whilst at our home. Quick assembly of the bed,and advice given.Can't fault them.

I think this is the best store to look for mattresses in Derby. I went to several stores including Dreams and this was by far the best!
There are more than 20 mattresses to trial on and the variety is amazing. The prices are quite attractive. There is also a SleepPro device from Benson which can be used to change the degree of firmness and help decide what mattress to buy. The salesperson can enlighten more regarding SleepPro.
The salesperson- Aman was amazing as she helped us buy the right mattress and also made us aware of the various add ons while purchasing the mattress.
There is plenty of space for car park.
Old mattresses are taken back but for a charge.
Overall- had a great experience !!!
