Bensons For Beds - Craigleith Omdömen

Very helpful staff. Josh gave us valuable advice on choosing a mattress for our daughter.
Very pleased with service given.

Josh!!! Excellent service from start 2 finish, thank you 😀😀

We were looking to buy a new mattress. Josh listened to our concerns, requirements and expectations and talked us through his recommendations and specifically how he would narrow them down. First we tried a machine which tested the pressure points when lying down, and could adjust the firmness accordingly. This gave us a great indication of what was right for us, and then we could try the right mattresses knowing why they were more suitable than others. Crucially Josh gave us some decent pillows which made a huge difference. He also showed us in detail how the mattresses are constructed and how they compare to other brands we'd seen online.
All in all it was a great experience we were talked through the delivery process which seemed easy and straightforward. Hannah his colleague was equally friendly and helpful.

Very helpful staff who helped me choose the matress that suited my needs and budget which was delivered on the date and time agreed.

Given lots of time to make the right choice, followed by clear and helpful information.
Delivery was swift, efficient and at the agreed date and time.

The staff in the actual shop were brilliant and lovely people that really helped, and later, the guys who delivered the new mattress and took away the old one were charming, efficient and top notch.
I would not hesitate to recommend Bensons For Beds to anyone; they are number one in my books.

Fantastic range of beds etc. The staff were exceptional, especially Karen !
We found it very relaxed and no pressure, we would definitely buy again.

Callan and Josh!! I walked into the showroom to get out of the rain and I think your staff also knew that. However that aside I still got greeted with a huge warm and generous smile and greeting. They told me about the fantastic offers and allowed me to look around in peace. I wasn’t in the market for anything however after some conversations and next thing you know after demonstrating some fantastic products I purchased!! Great sales team great service and all round well done. Not pushy at all and both very well knowledgable!

Both Gabriel and Josh were very helpful and knowledgeable. Delighted with our choices and can’t wait for them to arrive.

The sale assistant was very helpful to help choose the right mattress and frame.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Aaron was the employee that gave us details/feedback on different mattress types, and how Benson for Beds is handling bed orders (you can mix/match headrest, base, storage type and mattress; Each of those is different type!). We've had a chance to test every single bed type in peace (but got answers to our questions instantly)

Friendly helpful staff. No high pressure sales tactics.

I went into Bensons not really knowing what I wanted only that I needed a bed a mattress. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by Hannah where she asked if I needed assistance however I was just in to have a look around.
Once I had found a bed that I really liked she came over and talked me through the features of the bed and gave me the dimensions. Then throughout purchasing the bed and mattress she was very clear and lovely and spoke about all the payment options, delivery, construction etc.
Overall she made the experience very smooth and enjoyable.

Staff member Gabriel was friendly, attentive but respectful and made us feel at ease during the buying process. Good range of mattresses in stock to try. Helpful guidance from staff about what would suit our needs

The staff were very helpful and not pushy. Answered our questions and gave suitable helpful advice.

I had not even gone into the shop with the intent of buying, I was window shopping. But the service from Josh was so good that I placed an order for a bed.

The young lady was very helpful, talked us through everything, had us try the bed with different firmness settings, showed us different mattresses, then left us to wonder round on our own until we decided, Hannah was very helpful

My daughter Hannah works here and showed me the tempur mattress. She told me all the benefits and I was instantly sold. Purchased the mattress back in February.
Delivery was super fast and even got recycling of old mattress and bed. Delivery team were fantastic. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Mattress is like sleeping on a cloud and I don't wake with an achy shoulder anymore.
