Highly recommend Benson’s bed and assembly service
Highly recommend Benson’s bed and assembly service. Store salesman and manager were extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. We spent hours in the store in Colindale choosing a bed suitable for our needs. The bed and high quality mattress are excellent and we are very pleased with our purchase. We got a good price in the sale and worth every penny investing in a good bed. Both store and assembly team communicated regularly and everything ran smoothly on the day. The assembly service was on time and very efficient. Lee, and his colleague, who assembled the bed (the room was at the top of the house!) were very professional and friendly and cleared up the packaging afterwards. Highly recommend.

Unbelievably poor customer service
Unbelievably poor customer service - Never buying again.
The service here is beyond terrible. Rather than listening to my concerns, they tried to twist the situation and make it seem like I was falsely accusing them. They completely dodge responsibility instead of resolving the issue. I have already returned my order and will strictly avoid this store in the future.
Absolutely unacceptable attitude toward customers.

Extremely poor service and unacceptable…
Extremely poor service and unacceptable customer care.
I ordered a king-size bed and mattress and paid £79 for delivery. I live on the 2rd floor.
When the delivery arrived, they dumped everything on the ground floor. They claimed they tried calling me, which is a complete lie as I received zero calls from them. To make matters worse, they told me I would have to pay even more money if I wanted someone to come back and bring the items upstairs.
They clearly do not value their customers and failed to offer any reasonable solution. I am returning the entire order. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
