Delivery charge
I only wanted a sofa bed, so the purchase was pretty easy, but my one disappointment was that I wasn't able to collect it from the store, as I had to have it delivered & cost me £49 for the privilege.
It's unfair & a bit of a con really & an easy way for Bensons to make money.

We went into Benson for Beds store in Pontprennau where Andy met us - he was brilliant - he got us to lie on a bed which measured what mattress was suitable for us (which by the way was spot on) He showed us all the options and price ranges. He wasn't pushy at all and we chose a bed and mattress and he wrote down all the details for us and even though we didn't buy it that day we went back two weeks later and purchased the bed and mattress through Andy. OMG he made it such a pleasurable experience - it makes such a change not to be pressured into making a decision there and then. So a big thankyou to Andy you are a star.
