Staff helpful, efficient and quick to get us what we needed

I was in desperate need of a mattress and rang my local branch, in Bromborough, were I spoke with Dave. He was absolutely brilliant. We soon arrived and he was beyond helpful, warm & friendly. We managed to locate and walk away with a mattress which suited my needs. He, and his lovely colleague, understood my health/mobility issues and ensured I had everything I needed and more! I tried a few stores, including another chain right next door, but his impeccable customer service made this purchase an easy one! Hands down this was the best service I’ve received in a very long time. He went above and beyond. Thank you, Dave! All shops could use more staff like you ☺️

Helpful & knowledgeable staff.

Excellent customer service .

My partner and I attended the Bromborough branch yesterday to test a Simba mattress. We were approached immediately by Eve for support and guidance. Eve took her time to carefully explain the functions of various mattresses of a similar quality to what we went in for, with varying prices, which provided us with a fully informed decision. We ended up purchasing a mattress we had never heard of and are over the moon as it is much better than the Simba we had our heads set on. Eve thoroughly explained and offered care kits to add on to our purchase. Eve made this an easy and smooth purchase for us. Thank you very much.

Andy was a great help spoke me through all discounts and offers available!

We had all our queries answered clearly and the current types and benefits explained. We were able to compare several mattresses before choosing the right one for us. And the price was good too

Excellent service from Andy at the Croft Retail Park, Bromborough. We wanted to purchase an electric adjustable single bed and an ordinary single bed and Andy went out of his way to find ones that matched in height and colour. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our questions. We are now awaiting delivery of our order. Thanks Andy.

Andy was great providing the initial information we needed then leaving us to roam around and look for ourselves, gave us a great deal when we selected the bed we wanted.

Dave the salesman was friendly and not at all pushy. So overall a good experience.

Outstanding service from the store team at the Croft Retail Park, Bromborough.

Andy and Joe were both extremely knowledgeable and helped ensure our questions were answered and our purchase was smooth. Andy also flagged an issue with the processing of our finance application which risked delaying the delivery of our mattress. Thanks to his diligence we were able to fix this and ensure the delivery wasn't delayed!
