Ben Regional
Ben the regional manager who served us was amazing. Really helpful and was not pushy at all. Had gone to a different bed company the same day and felt very pushy but was given such little information. Ben asked all our questions and couldn't help us anymore. After service has been amazing too. Can't wait for our bed to be delivered

Ottoman bed frame
The two men that came to set the bed up (Graham and Brian) were very pleasant and worked efficiently and professionally.
When they realised the base was the wrong size they immediately discussed this with me and arranged for a new base to be ordered.

Shop was helpful but pre delivery inspection poor
Shop was very helpful in enabling us to make a good choice for a new mattress for a super king bed and a new single bed. The delivery date was accurate and I was kept well informed about an arrival time. Delivery drivers helpful in ensuring goods in correct rooms. Only downside was that the single bed had a faulty foot (no metal post in the caster wheels) and the radiator on my landing was knocked off its brackets. Fortunately the radiator doesn't appear to be damaged and we had a spare wheel which fitted, from off the old single bed. The pre delivery inspection for the single bed was not good enough as we should not have been forced to use an old spare wheel.

We appreciate your positive feedback regarding our team's assistance and the delivery process. We are truly sorry to learn about the faulty bed foot and the radiator being knocked. We are reviewing our pre-delivery inspection procedures to prevent such issues.

Very pleased, good decision.
From initial contact at the store to delivery the service is faultless. Regular text updates to advise me of order progress was useful. The two man delivery team arrived early, no problem as it gave the mattress extra time to re-inflate. They performed as per the Bensons code and left within ten minutes of arriving. They took the very heavy old mattress away and left me feeling that I'd made the right decision buying Bensons. With interest free credit, whats not to like?

The delivery men were very kind and helpful and the bed was assembled quickly and perfectly. I have epilepsy and can be unsteady on my feel sometimes. They noticed quickly and made sure I was safe, some people don't know how to react when that happens but they were perfect. Thank you all at Bensons

The bed arrived faulty
The bed arrived faulty, although we were able to keep our bed whilst they order us a new one due to the fact we did not have a bed, it is going to take 3 weeks for the new one to arrive but of course it hasnt stopped receiving details that the payment plan detailed were emailed the same day, bad taste we have to start paying when the bed is far from perfect. Happy to pay but feel like this process should not be signed off and started until we have the full working product in our possession.
We were also not advised when purchasing the divan bed Base that you had to have a certain weight of mattress to keep it down..
A huge point I would say.
All that said the delivery guys were great, friendly and helpful.
19 mars 2026
Svar från Bensons For Beds - Braintree
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re really sorry your bed arrived faulty — that’s not the standard we aim for. While we’re glad you could keep the current bed for now, we understand how frustrating it is to wait three weeks for a replacement.
We also appreciate how unfair it feels for the payment plan to begin before you have a fully working product. Your feedback on this is important, and we’ll make sure it’s passed on for review.
Thank you as well for highlighting the information about the divan base and mattress weight — this should have been explained at purchase, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
We’re pleased to hear the delivery team were friendly and helpful, and we’ll use your feedback to improve communication and the overall experience moving forward,
Megan at Customer Care
