Bought a wardrobe but couldnt assemble properly tried to get support from customer service they said they not assemble wardrobes .So wasting time and money Specially Bournmouth store is very bad in customer care they are not listening to customers They dont care customers .Benson bed and Mettres excellent quality but never ever buy wardrobe .

The delivery was very quick and the two guys that delivered the bed were very helpful and polite even though it was a very very hot day. We would recommend bensons to our friends and family.

Having used Bensons for beds before and having had a very good experience, they were my go to again.
I was not disappointed. From the experience in store, to the delivery and assembly, everything was smooth, very well organised with great communication throughout. The staff are all helpful and friendly. Prices and the products are good and usually allow for some discount.
I would highly recommend Bensons for Beds.
